I like the place. But what I don’t understand that other hotel allows you to have a late stay for at least an our check out. But horseshoe charges with you extend your stay even for just an hour.

I reserved a nonsmoking room through Expedia. They put me in a smoking room without telling me. I immediately had a reaction to the smells. The hotel was sold out of nonsmoking rooms and would not refund me because I booked through Expedia. I was in town for a conference and had to commute an hour away to find lodging. Expedia has not refunded me.

The staff was a big disappointment, curt and unhelpful. The building in falling apart. The room are beat up and dirty

We did hear 2 dogs but never after that. The room was nice and clean.

Went for one night to see a concert. Staff was friendly. Concert was great. Would definitely return for a stay.

The cost of staying is reasonable. Friendly staff and quiet rooms.

The hotel is old and dingy and dirty. Amenities are very dated. They put on a second floor with all the convention rooms, terrible look for the hotel. Room was filthy and they did nothing about. 1/10 for the staff. Rude, unhelpful and frankly lacking thoughtful resolution of relatively simple problems. I will not stay here again. 4.0/10 for value and only that high because of the casino.
