Friendly staff and good breakfast. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed (an exposed mattress is gross to me), the refrigerator was leaking onto the tile floor and there was a cockroach climbing up the wall. Yeah, kind of gross. The bed was comfortable though and we enjoyed a hot shower.

Room was in bad need of maintenance. Toliet was properly secured, one bedside lamp was INOP with broken light socket. When I pulled out the nightstand to unplug the bad lamp, it appeared that carpet and wall behind it hadn't been cleaned in? I get the feeling that since I obtained this room through Hotels.com, I am given older rooms with no updates. Really getting tired of dirty rooms, with fixtures that do not work.

Decent stop for the night, could be cleaner in rooms and throughout the hotel. Staff was very helpful!

The staff was great and so helpful, excellent location and central to everything. This is a win win for everything. Great price, location, clean rooms and quiet. What else can you ask for? Thank you Tupelo for a great stay!

I’ve been coming to this hotel for the last four years. I probably won’t stay there again simply because the hallways, the common areas were so rundown and filthy. The bedroom was clean enough, but it has really gone downhill since I was there last.

The first glitch upon arrival was the computers not up and running. The manager had all (but not really) the arrivals paperwork already printed with keys attached. But not mine. So I was told I would have to wait. Even though I had paperwork proving my reservation and payment no other option to accommodate was offered or even the idea of trying to think of another option was thought of. I understand internet/computer issues but customer service was a bit lacking. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice hotel. Polite staff, clean rooms and an adequate breakfast selection. Having a chain restaurant within walking distance (actually next door) was a convenience. Would definitely stay again.
