Hampton Inn & Suites Tupelo/Barnes Crossing

The hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast had a good selection. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond when I mentioned in my booking notes we were traveling and it was our son's birthday. I asked for something small like a cookie to make him feel special, they delivered way more and really knocked it out of the park with my request. Pool was nice, breakfast staff was very sweet and helpful, overall great stay. My son said he wants to come back every birthday.

We just had a quick overnight stay on our 12 hour road trip to Florida with our 2 young children. I picked Tupelo because it was a relatively safe community. I picked this hotel because it was highly rated for its breakfast and cleanliness. It was clean. We had trouble getting our room to cool off but we got in late and we were too tired to mess with it( that one is probably on us). I was very disappointed with the breakfast. Hot items were room temperature, cold items were room temperature, both kids ended up sick that evening from whatever blueberry pastry items they ate. I won't go into details as to why that's what I pinpointed as the cause but I'm glad we barely made it to our next destination before it hit them. If the lady working the breakfast area wasn't already grouchy, I would have complained about our issues at the time but I didn't want to start our vacation on that kind of note.

This is by far one of the cleanest and greatest hospitality hotels I’ve ever been to. The women who was setting up breakfast is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Will 100% be back

Fairly new property, only issue were the people in the room above us. Several kids and the adults walked very heavy.

Everything there in tupelo Mississippi was great couldn't ask for better people or anything like that and God bless all of them Whatever time was great there is nothing not to like everybody was there to staff was all there everybody agreed everybody with pleasure and ingredients and everything else it was very very good place to stay I recommend that to anybody and God bless you

Breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay though limited options. Toaster took quite awhile to toast.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was ok. I didn’t like that when we arrived, booking.com messed up our reservation even though we booked it and it was confirmed to be correct through email. They only sent the information for one room to the hotel when we booked 2. Thankfully, we didn’t pay through booking.com or we would have had to pay for the room twice.
