Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tupelo by IHG

Nice area and nice staff members

The cost is way too high for the property. It is certainly a good facility with an excellent staff, but the cost is too high.

Superb

The rate is too high.

Exceptional

The front assistant was very professional checking in and going out! The room was clean., as was the rest of the hotel! We appreciated the great breakfast crew because the morning we stayed there was the perfect amount of options available for everyone. The food was delicious! I want to say Thank you to the front desk professional that handle a slight issue for me on Sunday morning! She was great and sent word on to her Manager Liz who contacted me and resolved the issue promptly! Thank you and we will return again! Location is good and safe for travelers who are not familiar with Tupelo.

Nice hotel friendly staff, wide variety of breakfast items. The rooms were clean , the bed was comfortable , bathroom well cleaned.

Very good

Breakfast good, not excellent. You charge for room was too much--total $162. Staying across the street tonight on Gloster for $123. You should refund me some. Just the expense.

Lillie, at the front desk , was amazing. She was kind and a friendly face. Our room was not super clean. There were greasy fingerprints on the doors, and desks . And there were crumbs in the bed. When we tried to give our son a shower it was cold. We were put in an adjoining room and the person in the adjoining side was soooo loud .

Superb

Clean, nice staff, convent location Bed was a little soft. However this is better than being too hard.

Exceptional

thank you

.

Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious Everything was excellent

One night stay, room was clean spacious and comfortable, good breakfast, nearby local restaurants. Everything you need for an overnight stop.

This is what a hotel should be, friendly staff, a comfortable bed, a big room, clean and well taken care of rooms. GREAT A/C!!! no complaints here!!
