Rooms were clean , staff were great.Breakfast was good and parking was great , I plan to revisit next year.

We had stayed here last year, and the rooms were clean as expected from our previous visit. The only issue we had was that there was no not water. I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important. When we called the front desk, they advised that they were aware of the issue - it was affecting all of the rooms. They took my name a number and said they would make it right. It has been a week plus, and I have not heard from them. We had 3 rooms, so almost $600 paid to them. Would have appreciated a follow up with some consideration given for all of us having ice cold showers that morning. We will look for another place to stay on our future trips through Tupelo.

Breakfast Buffet was one of the best we have had. Everything was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel is perfect and it’s why it’s the only place I will stay for the Tupelo Elvis Festival. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works to your specs, the shower is great, the breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly. That last part might be best of all - everyone from the desk clerk to the housekeepers to the breakfast servers are very, very cordial and make you feel welcome. Please keep it up, you are appreciated!

I just spent 9 days on the road. This was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff was great and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Breakfast the best meal I’ve had after staying in other hotels for the last 9 days.

Very nice, clean, accessible, and very friendly service. The door on bottom floor to outside was not locked. You’re suppose to use your key to get access inside but you didn’t need a key. The door was unlocked.

Typical HIE property. Clean, modern and well maintained. Breakfast was the bare minimum. We've stayed at other HIE's that go above and beyond to make sure guests have a good variety of breakfast items.
