Some how our room keys were disabled and a new set was issued to another guest.

Clean room as always, friendly staff, great TV channels, safe environment, perfect shopping distance and dining you can walk to.

So the people above us were extremely noisy all night, not the hotels fault, called on them to keep it down. The bathroom tub was very disgusting and not cleaned well, the tv remote was very gross, then in the morning the cleaning staff did not knock or anything and decided to just walk right in. Stayed at holiday inn before and they were nice. Wont stay at this one again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many choices to choose from. The location was great, close to several restaurants and shopping.

Rooms were clean , staff were great.Breakfast was good and parking was great , I plan to revisit next year.

We had stayed here last year, and the rooms were clean as expected from our previous visit. The only issue we had was that there was no not water. I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important. When we called the front desk, they advised that they were aware of the issue - it was affecting all of the rooms. They took my name a number and said they would make it right. It has been a week plus, and I have not heard from them. We had 3 rooms, so almost $600 paid to them. Would have appreciated a follow up with some consideration given for all of us having ice cold showers that morning. We will look for another place to stay on our future trips through Tupelo.

Breakfast Buffet was one of the best we have had. Everything was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel is perfect and it’s why it’s the only place I will stay for the Tupelo Elvis Festival. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works to your specs, the shower is great, the breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly. That last part might be best of all - everyone from the desk clerk to the housekeepers to the breakfast servers are very, very cordial and make you feel welcome. Please keep it up, you are appreciated!
