Quality Inn Tupelo Central

This was a terrible experience. The floors were filthy, the shower curtain was missing, drywall was missing from the walls in the bathroom, and there was minimal parking. We had to park on the complete opposite end of the hotel from our room because there wasn’t enough parking. Friends of ours had to leave and find a new hotel because their room had cockroaches and dirty beds/bedding. And to top it off my asthmatic son had coughed while in the room. The entire experience was disgusting and extremely disappointing.

The staff is amazing, as well as the breakfast. The rooms were very dated and furniture looked rough. Our room wasn’t that clean. There was some trash under the bed and between the night stand and bed. Things that if you come in for a quick clean you probably would miss.

The room wasn’t clean and had a used bar of soap in the shower. The freezer was coated in ice and was not useable. There burn holes in the blanket and hair in the bathroom. The beds were decent but aside from that it was not a great stay.

The room was disgusting. There was mold and rust everywhere. It looked and smelled like it hadn’t been stayed in for years. We booked a none smoking room, but we must have been right next to a smoking room. Our room constantly kept filling up with cigarette and weed smoke smells. The positive side was the workers were kind and the breakfast was good. The property itself though is absolutely terrible.

The hot breakfast was good to stay your day. The location of hotel very convenient. The stay was good. I would stay here again.

We had a very nice day the room was just perfect for our overnight usage and really not too much to complain about other than they didn't have bacon in the morning that I was there for breakfast but everything else was great

Stayed the night with a friend after seeing a concert downtown. The room was immaculate. Bathroom area was spotless and smelt clean. Sheets were crisp and clean. Staff did great with communication and I was given a first floor room on the back side away from the street. It was nice and quiet with plenty of parking near the room. Area was well lit at night. Breakfast had a nice selection and more of a small buffet. Everything was hot, fresh and the breakfast area was neat, clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend.

Very nice staff Comfortable bed Location First and foremost, this property is a hotel where people live and call home. I knew this was not going to go well when we parked our car. A big shirtless man came out his room 2 doors down to set up a little table and chair, then proceeded to sit down and drink his beer with his door wide open. Our room was damp and rust on appliances. We had to wear our shoes due to wet carpet. Thin walls where we heard our neighbors loud gathering and marijuana smoke all night. Phone was disabled. No iron in room. Rusty ironing board. Found a dirty paper plate on top of microwave. Online pictures will not represent quality of your room. Very misleading. We paid for 2 nights and ended up leaving after one. After one night, we decided to pack up everything because we did not feel comfortable leaving ANYTHING in our room. Not worth staying another night. Went to another hotel where we got dinner and a good nights rest.

Front desk very helpful. Hot breakfast was good. Room was small and dark but clean.

dirty, almost everything needs to be replaced, small pillows, and the smell in the room was very bad (might have been a strong cleaner, but it was bad). someone was also smoking weed (not sure where) and our entire room started to smell as we went to bed

I have stayed in newer motels but it was clean, comfortable, quiet and had the best full hot breakfast for a motel. I stayed in a newer almost twice the price of quality inn and definitely had a better stay here and would certainly stay again.
