Staff were outstandingly welcoming and accommodating. Towels nice and thick. Water bottle filling station with Culligan purified/filtered water. Lot of breakfast options Room had unpleasant smell. (Maybe moldy, mildew or damp)

It started with our warm welcome at the front desk. Awesome staff who informed us of what was available (restaurants, etc) near the hotel. Our room was inviting and well maintained. Beverage bar was available all day including filtered water. Breakfast included eggs, breakfast meat, biscuits, waffles, fruit, cereal, etc. Will definitely stay here again when back in Tupelo!

The only unusual issue was the in-room hair dryer caught on fire slightly while in use with a slight amount of smoke. This obviously wasn’t the hotel’s fault and they quickly provided a new hair dryer and an apology. Overall a great stay.

The location was good for us. We were traveling and it was close to our route. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It looked good at first glance. When you really started looking around the property looked tired. The furniture in the breakfast area was very worn. The upholstery was cracked and when I tried sitting in a booth the interior support was gone and I sank about 6 inches. I weigh under 150 lbs. The floor was sticky, corners were dirty. No one is inspecting behind housekeeping. I have worked in this industry.
