La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tupelo

We went back to the front desk and requested a new room. The staff were apologetic and helpful. They quickly issued us a new room, on the same weed smelling floor, but the stay was quiet after that. No complaints, just "smoke free" is only for those who abide by the rules in most hotels. Mistakes happen, but a staff that quickly corrected them was appreciated.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the coffee was nice and convenient.

We have stayed here twice before during our vacations traveling to Florida. We always go back to this hotel. The location is great and seems safe. It’s not too loud or crowded. The staff was very kind during all shifts. Check in was fast since I had done it online. The cleanliness could be more detailed in rooms.

The room smelled moldy, bedding was wet, a/c does not work well. Also hair in the shower and soap dispenser was empty. Attendant was not friendly or super helpful. Also someone was clearly smoking weed. We had to DoorDash some air freshener and extra blankets to cover up with. Left as early as possible and didn't even try the breakfast. Waste of money. Choose another property

The elevator is too slow.

The property was good easy to book. My son said his bed linen was not so clean. The receptionist was great friendly!

This property is immaculate. The staff is friendly. Good breakfast. This was our 2nd time staying here, a year apart. We will be back!

Room was a little musty like someone may have smoked in it and it felt damp. I told the woman when we checked out and she said “ok!”

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cleanliness was lacking and there was only one tv for two rooms.

Our room had a strange smell and was surface-level clean. Pool was cloudy but nice and staff was very friendly.

Excellent choice for traveling with pets! Breakfast was great! Staff was some of the best I have ever had dealings with! Hotel has recently been remodeled and it was exceptionally clean!

Could definitely use some deep cleaning. You can tell it’s pet friendly but wasn’t horrible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the typical free breakfast. Edible and fills the void but that’s it. Nothing fancy.

Comfortable and friendly.

The staff was fine. But the overall cleanliness in the room, waiting area, hallways, etc. was not. There were stains on couches, carpets, and bedding.bathroom door would not lock, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept and there was hair in the “clean” towels. We were only there for one night stay but I would never book another room with this hotel after this experience.

Pool was a little dirty. Was hard to get housekeeping to bring new towels. Other than that it was great
