Clean room

The young guy at the counter is super nice and polite. I had an issue with my room. He got me another one very quickly and did not ask any questions. Check in was smooth. At around 8:45 a.m. we got a knock on a door and it was an older man saying he was a housekeeper. He did not have a cart just a broom. When I seen him clean a room it took him five minutes and he went to the next. He seemed very grumpy but did not look like a housekeeper at all. This same guy literally was riding his bicycle on the top floor of the hotel. I think he was scaring the kids.

Very dirty but I cleaned everything

Front desk man was mad I reserved on booking .com it was horrible and would not ever recommend this place. It should be shut down.

Guy working the counter was very nice. Gave a room with an excellent view. I hope he gets to run it once day. Probably the best stay I've had.

The room was clean up to standard. But barely. Usually when I come here the younger guy who runs the front is extremely pleasant! Really nice but this time it was an older gentleman and he ignored me for ten minutes before he even asked for my id. When I got to my room there was water on the floor everywhere. I told the front desk and the man didn't believe me and made me show him where there water was. After I showed him he got me another room but there was not enough towels. When I went and asked for a towel he asked me how many I had and was like telling me how every room only gets two towels no matter what. He gave me one towel and was rude about it.

The price was not bad. I was asleep because I had to work all night and had to be back up really early. At 9:00 a.m. someone bangs on my door talking about housekeeping. And they did not look like a housekeeper at all. Turns out they were a housekeeper but why were they knocking on my door so early. Then that same person was outside of my door for 2 hours as if they were waiting on me to check out I felt like I had no privacy there. Turns out the dude was the housekeeper but he would go into a room for maybe 5 minutes and then be done with it he wouldn't even have the cart around are these rooms really getting properly cleaned. We'll stay again if that doesn't happen.

Price was not bad. Housekeepers look like older people who were just trying to hurry up and clean so I can go and buy themselves a drink knocking on my door at 9:00.

The overall stay was nice, as usual. We've stayed a couple of times before. The staff were very helpful in getting us checked in and helped with a booking issue we had. The pool was great and location was close to everything we wanted to do. We had a small issue with our upstairs neighbor,cops had to come but thats not the hotels fault. They seemed to handle the issue very well. Id just watch your neighbors because they are a little odd

The room was clean and tidy. I'm traveling and only stayed one night.

"AND 1 " ones behind the bathroom door. Definitely were not mine , and I was staying alone per work. I immediately dressed and went to request a new room. I never received an apology, just a different room. Did I mention the refrigerator was filthy. Verrrrrry disappointed.

I've stayed here several times, and the staff has always been great. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. The family that runs it
