Clean rooms, staff was great and breakfast was awesome.

The room was clean. There was a coffee pot in the room. It was quiet in the hallways. The bathroom was ready to get in and out of. I have limited mobility.
-
The staff was exceptional. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice office chair at table in the room.
-
We were welcome in with a smile and great customer service. The hotel smelled soooo good! Hotel room was clean and smelled fresh. Beds were so comfortable. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Comfort Inn. Highly recommend!
-
Furniture in room was dated. Toilet tissue holder was broken. Breakfast was okay but Coffee was not strong enough. Won’t be saying here again.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. The beds were absolutely wonderful.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Dresser drawer was broken, but it was still serviceable. Room was clean. Difficulty working the A/C?

The beds and pillows are perfect. Good size room. Nice pool. Decent breakfast. There is an elevator, which is nice for a hotel with only 2 floors. There is quite a bit of road noise if your room is on that end of the hotel. It is nearby restaurants, gas and shopping, but nothing in walking distance except other hotels.

The shower needs to be renovated or at least recaucked. We needed to wipe out the dresser drawers before placing our personal items in the drawers.

The room was decently clean but the shower was old & had mold all along the tracks of the shower door. As I took a shower, flecks came off in the water. The soap/lotion & other usually supplied items were extremely skimpy & lowest quality. I know this is a modest hotel, but I expected a little better for what I paid. (30% more than Holiday Inn Express). Staff were friendly but on my 1st day, I encountered one of the housing staff coming out of the stairwell, licking her fingers, like she was eating her breakfast! She very pleasantly said Good Morning! As for breakfast! I am a diabetic. I try to be careful what I eat. Generally, I like to eat a banana in the morning. Any fruit would be preferable, but there was none. Either day. There was an “egg” patty(?). 1st day it looked like a flat egg white with a yellow spot. No flavor & no one ate. There were decent biscuits & a crock pot of gravy. Mixes for ready to make waffles plus various cereals were available. Additionally, a few muffins & sweet breads were also there. 6oz cups were available for coffee or apple & orange juice. Altogether, this is a cheap & edible breakfast. But i would offer that while it may be inexpensive from a business perspective, it is not from a practical perspective because I venture that ALL were put in the trash bc no one would eat it except the biscuits/gravy!! A WASTE!! Not cost effective! A last observation of my room: the bed linens were not clean & I found a napkin between the sheets last night.

Room needed updated but that wasn’t the problem. Got there late so didn’t look til I took a shower in the morning. The shower was covered in black mold and slime. I wouldn’t even let my wife use it. Next time I’ll drive the extra 6 hours home. And if they refute it I’ve got pictures to prove it.

I'm not sure who check us in but the lady was friendly and accommodating switch our end room to quieter room. It was appreciated The beds were a little uncomfortable but we only stayed one night.
-
The breakfast service was not the best. The kitchen staffer did not put out enough food for the guest. I ask her if she was going to bring out more food, she said she was but never did. Me other guest were not happy with this service at all. Sunday morning was better.

Very nice property and well lit at night! Room was perfect for an overnight stay and the bed was very comfy! Great water pressure in the hot shower! Huge breakfast selection!! Definitely staying here again when passing through!!

Clean room, at times parking was hard to find. We needed handicap parking and not enough space. Breakfast is great but need to be there before 8 thirty’s. Not much left. There was a good variety but lacking for a full hotel full, as it was this weekend large baseball and softball tournaments going on. No milk for cereal, no eggs, 2 sausage patties, biscuits were being cooked very little gravy. Bet overall they did ok with the crowd that was there. At times strong smell of weed in hotel. We all had young kids, so didn’t care for that.

The smell in the room was awful, almost skunk like, carpet felt damp in front of one of the beds and the bathroom floor was slick slippery...no way I would go barefoot in there. We went to the store and purchased febreeze and sprayed the room down to deal with the smell. If it had been more than a 1 night travel stop I would have requested another room.

We’ve stayed here the last 4 years passing through Tupelo, MS. My only complaint is the air conditioner fan was to loud
