The first night of my stay was good except for the air conditioning problem. The thermostat was not cooling properly. I called front desk and they came up to my room and tried to fix it. The desk agent gave me another room and that made me happy and relieved.

The staff needs to learn how to activate room keys. Breakfast was delicious. Service was from okay. Disappointing.

Good location, staff was friendly, it was everything we expected The room was very humid without the air on, and when the air was turned on, it was freezing. The bed could’ve been made up a bit neater.

The staff was sweet and the room was decent but when I walked in the bathroom there was two dead roaches on the floor.

It is an older hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The A/C worked awesome. Liked that is was in a very quite area. Easy access to the main highway. Lot's of places to eat and shop at.

Great location, traveling through town. Good breakfast options. Small room, not much space around the bed to walk and store our bags.

Beautiful reception area, friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room, well kept outside of building, good breakfast The bathroom was TERRIBLE. The sink vanity was falling apart, the caulk in the shower was done by a 4 year old, the tile on floor looked dirty and did not fit right.

We just returned from a recent 4 night stay at this hotel. Other than the room being a bit small and somewhat outdated. We found that the accommodations were worth the price we paid. The room was clean. The staff was nice and breakfast was exactly what I expected with the usual fair of toast, bagels, packaged bakery items, etc, Cereal, yogurt, two types of fruit, oatmeal with various toppings offered. There were some type of eggs and potatoes with sausage or bacon. There was also a waffle station and juice along with a coffee/tea station.
