I know you are upgrading the property & units, but the cockroaches were nasty. Sorry

Cockroaches everywhere. Room was extremely unclean. Had to leave after a couple of hours and was denied a refund. Beware about your stay here.

We encountered several issues during our stay, including the unavailability of the pool and BBQ area, which were advertised amenities. Additionally, the parking spaces were occupied by refuse bins, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, there was a lack of accessible power outlets for charging electronic devices, and essential toiletries such as towels and toilet paper were not provided in the rooms.

My stay was very comfortable and quiet, not sure why there is bad reviews, it is older but looks like they’re remodeling or something. And it’s gated so I felt safe with my kids, also the pool was open which kids enjoyed. And it’s much cheaper than most motels so that was a plus. Would stay again.

The hotel is horrible, it’s all run down. Doors were not safe. The city police were called the night I stayed.

Room was clean but had a slight oder. The breakfast was not ready at 530am like we were told by the front desk manger that breakfast was at 530-830am.

Bugs (maybe roaches?). Barely got hot water for shower. Left after one night. Nice grassy area to walk dogs.

Room was old walls gross cabinets missing chunks of wood,sink and tub rust with burns bed sheets stained

I couldn't hardly sleep at all terrible!

The room smelled bad there was mold on the bathroom I will not be coming back to this location

The A/C was great, and the two queen beds were nice as well. Did not find any ice bucket to get ice with or any cups for coffee or water. Had to go to the office to get the cups, but nothing for ice. I also had a problem with the Kleenex as it smelled like it just came out of a smoking room...very strong tobacco smell. Other than that, the property was very secure. The attendant was sometimes difficult to find.

I thought the staffing would have been accommodating but that wasn't the case in fact after I left my cell phones the repeated to tell me on three different phone calls that was arrangements to pick up my belonging that they were there waiting for me the proceed to call police department after they specifically told .me on those occasions it was there to only find them not there and Missing sio add lying theft manipulate to the bottom line wyndam suites offers it's traveler's I will spend my free time letting as .any as possible that wyndam in a whole as a company our thieves lyiers crook's con artist.... Too many things to write about and I couldn't write about them without using very specific nasty words

It was located behind a gate that seemed to make it safe. There were COCKROACHES in both rooms!!! There was what looked like cigarette ash everywhere. 2nd room had the smoke detector covered or removed. The drawers had signs of roach poop. A. Sherif stopped by the front desk to ask if there were any issues.

Dirty. Old mattresses in the parking lot. This hotel needs to be shut down and refurbished. Staff said they could show me a refurbished room AFTER giving me a room from

Location It flooded, the room was hot. The AC didn’t work properly. The tv did not have the accurate remote.

The staff, and it's pleasantly casual ...it's made many improvements over the last several years

The refrigerator was unplugged and leaked all over the floor. The towels were essentially car drying rags. Police arrived at a nearby unit to make an arrest. The shower head was taped on. Killed two roaches and spiders. Surprisingly there was a room safe, but it was broken.
