The breakfast display room was impressive. The staff was pleasant. My room, I requested a quiet room upon arrival. I was in an upgraded room that was attached to the elevator room, so I could hear the elevator every time it was used. The televisions were old school and didn't have smart TV capability, I think this is a major miss in today's world. The bathroom ceiling had a very large mold problem. The bed was uncomfortable.

Good location to university of Alabama campus and downtown but far enough away to be quiet. Didn’t dislike anything.

Clean, close, comfortable One more person working the breakfast on game day. The volume was too heavy for one person to handle.
