Clean rooms. Online it said breakfast included.There was no breakfast.

The location The staff was rude! No blow dryer. Had to beg for towels. Advertised free breakfast. There is NO BREAKFAST!! rooms smell! Not really any tv channels! Beds are hard as rocks! Phones don’t work!

The front desk employee Bridgette. The bedding was dirty, flooring was dirty, bathroom was dirty, ac doesn’t work properly and we found two roaches in the restroom and another by the bed. We occupied two rooms and they both weren’t acceptable.

Close and convenient to get to the Alabama game. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and don’t need anything fancy this is it. Still a bit pricey but not breaking the bank. Can tell some people smoke in the rooms. Few outlets in the room didn’t work. Our room only har the lock on the door handle that was a bit concerning

The staff - efficient and courteous It was Family Weekend at U of AL. I understand that you are going to get ripped off, but it was really galling to pay $375 for one night at a dismal, run down place with no breakfast (not that I would have wanted it), no coffee downstairs (the coffee maker was broken), dirty windows, dirty bedspread (the sheets and pillows were clean), and cockroaches (I killed three). I couldn't wait to get out of there. The desk person did seem horrified when I told him about the cockroaches.

Nothing The bed bugs and the rude and shady staff members

The location The staff was rude. The room was not nice. We saw a couple of bugs. They over charged my credit card they didn’t have any breakfast except one cereal choice and no milk. No soap or toiletries in room. When asked for some the staff took forever to get them and was extremely rude about it. Room smelled bad. Had to beg for towels. Facility was dirty. Ice machine didn’t work. House keeping walked in on us without knocking.

It was alright not as nice as most of the super 8 hotels I stayed at in a little bit high-priced for the way it was you know not being as nice as it should have been

Nan No breakfast

I liked the bathroom that’s about it, it wasn’t fancy or anything just the room I got wasn’t amazing but not bad I didn’t see any roaches but I was only there one night. And it gave that vibe There where dealers outside in the bench all night made me scared to leave my car so I moved it, no elevators, 2 ppl tired to come in my room, idk what was going on here.i

The staff was very nice! Please do not book, this place is absolutely filthy!

Very old and run down , tv woudnt turn on … smelled like smokers

The no deposit The staff was rude she was outside smoking a cigarette and I was in the lobby for 15 minutes before the Caucasian lady came back in from smoking a cigarette the room was dirty house keeping don’t do there jobs the African American lady is rude also didn’t wanna give towels I found white claw cans under the bed they Caucasian lady also stated that they don’t wash the bedding everyday and that is nasty to have over people laying there head on dirty bedding and something should be done about it

Was close to the university Room smelled bad was bug bathtub was very slick last night there maid never brought us any towels back

No breakfast said had it but nothing available Seen on bug

Great staff, had everything we needed for a couple night stay
