Very clean and comfortable room. I would stay there again.

I’ve stayed here before great place like the amenities

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming ladies. The lobby is spacious and bright. Our room was small, but functional and the bed was clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom was clean the edges and seals around the shower were a little moldy and in need of a good cleaning. The walls near and below the desk had some stains. Gave us the impression that the daily cleaning needed to be more thorough.

I travel a lot for work and this is by far one of cleanest hotels I have stayed in. This is my second time staying at an Avid and again I was not disappointed.

Everything was great quench

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was sooooooooo nice! I wish I was good at remembering names That the sheets were dirty. Not sure they were changed, I could literally smell women’s perfume on the pillowcase, not the pillow, the pillowcase. Separated from the pillow. I ended up sleeping on the other bed. Also there were a lot of brown crickets.

This was definitely a keeper on our list of hotels. Super clean and very friendly staff. The rooms are different so be prepared for that. No carpet which is a plus. A little smaller than I expected. But then it didn't really interfere with our stay. You may not like that the room did not have a closet or dresser. For us it was not bad. They have hangers and decorative hooks to use to hang clothes. We laid our folded clothes on the little cushioned seats. The bathroom was a good size with a good size shower. Breakfast was good. And they maintained a very clean area. Someone was always cleaning. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. No coffee machine in the rooms. We bring our own anyway. They did have a mini fridge which was nice to have. Did I mention how friendly the staff is? They greet you with a smile.

didn't care for the beds very hard and uncomfortable,very noisy when you can hear other guests early morning moving about. i like the electric blind feature. shower curtains could be longer.

The hotel was great! The noise rom the upper floor was a little loud, but I would stay again.

I didn't like that the lobby and hallways smelled strongly of something artificial -- either cleaning solutions or something to mask smells. I liked that the bedrooms have hard flooring rather than carpet, which in hotels is often pretty gross. Good coffee.

Very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and professional.

The place was actually pretty clean quite an overall nice. The only thing was the bathroom doors don’t have locks an are swing type an ours were broken on one side, so had to use a soap bar to hold it in place. An you can still see inside bathroom they door gap.

Was impressed how clean this hotel was, smelled very nice as well.. was only staying for 1 night but was impressed only thing that needs updating is the TVs, no streaming apps were available other than that perfect!

Very clean Nothing!

The location is perfect! The property was clean and well maintained. The desk clerk (her name escapes me). was very nice and courteous. Her name was very odd - 2 syllables. Her hair was neatly shaved with a bun of braids on top. She wore pink glasses. She was very knowledgeable of the hotel industry. A true asset to your property. She helped make things so much easier. We were in town for a family reunion. It was wet and rainy. This hotel provided a solace for us while we waited for our next gathering. A+++ We will definitely visit this property again. The things we didn't like was out of the hotel's control. We had a great stay. We will be back in the future.
