Love these avid hotels. They make so much sense. Clean and functional and comfortable. Breakfast provides optionality.

Great hotel in a convenient location! The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was incredibly clean and the staff was SO friendly! We have stayed at different Avid locations and each time the staff is exceptional! It really makes a difference when you are tired and traveling!

The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Some house cleaning staff was rude (one male entered our room without knocking just before we checked out).

I’ve stayed here before great place like the amenities

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming ladies. The lobby is spacious and bright. Our room was small, but functional and the bed was clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom was clean the edges and seals around the shower were a little moldy and in need of a good cleaning. The walls near and below the desk had some stains. Gave us the impression that the daily cleaning needed to be more thorough.

I travel a lot for work and this is by far one of cleanest hotels I have stayed in. This is my second time staying at an Avid and again I was not disappointed.
