Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our daughter just started at the University of Alabama and we stay here when we are in town, which has been 2-3 times and we have a reservation next weekend.

It also smells old, like a old basement. Anytime you come home & have to wash your clean clothes in your suitcase because they smell sour like your hotel room means something is wrong. Their rooms are not cheap especially during game season so my advice is to allocate funds so that the rooms smell & look like the lobby does Doubt I will stay there anymore, and that is sad

Good quality for the price. The pool was a little dirty and our AC in the room was so loud when it started it would wake us up.

Staff is very good and friendly. The hotel is aging and the breakfast has been better. The rooms are clean.

The room was clean, the staff super friendly. The breakfast was mediocre and air conditioning was loud. My biggest complaint was the notorious African ceiling bird chirping in the hallway all night - even after complaining.
