I travel A LOT and value the reviews of places to stay. This is a great hotel for frequent travelers. Online check in was a huge help because I was exhausted and just wanted my key. Room was clean, quiet and functional. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Overall great stay. Only issue we had was it was a little noisy at night. We had a room by an exit door and we could hear people coming in and out.

The young ladies at the front desk were so warm and friendly. At check-in, the young lady with the short hair cut/fade was so patient, despite being alone with a lobby full of ppl trying to check in. The room was really clean.

A good place to stay a very nice staff

This hotel was a nice surprise. It’s very well taken care of and clean. They could definitely use some upgrades in the bathrooms and with the TVs/remotes, but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. They had a really effective and simple way to check in in advance l, and a human being texting before you arrived to make sure any special needs were taken care of. This was really nice and quite a surprise.

Super clean and safe. Staff are all so nice. Not a thing

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. But the smell was terrible. I stayed here two separate times within a couple of weeks apart and it was the same both times. There is a terrible smell of weed in the elevators and in the common areas. So much so that it seems like the hotel tries to mask the smell with an overwhelming cleaner smell. It’s extremely strong as soon as you walk in the doors. And we were there for 3 nights and never got fresh towels. They took our old towels, but when we asked for new ones they told us they were washing and we never got any additional ones.

The room was on the first floor which was great having a dog with us. The room was clean, and spacious. Plenty of parking. We found restaurants right down the street and the hotel was convenient with the freeway. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs need to be cooked more. Runny. Other than that this was our second time stay here.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast options! No complaints

The only downside was our check-in experience. When my wife and I entered the lobby, the two desk staff members made eye contact but didn’t greet us. We had to approach the desk before the female employee acknowledged us. She was professional but quite brisk and not particularly warm or friendly. We’d still recommend the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay, but a warmer welcome at the front desk would make a big difference.

We have stayed here multiple times while our daughter was at UA and never had any issues!

Checking in was good-very cheerful and professional. Had problems opening the door-the tile got stuck under the door. The carpet was chewed or frazzled. The worst part of the room was the smell. I’ve stayed at LaQuinta Hotels before and this room was by far the worst. The room smelled so bad of urine I had to go to the local CVS for Lysol, Mrs Meyers cleaner and plug ins, over $20. I don’t think I can stay at another LaQuinta ever again.

Good location, good price, nice staff

Breakfast was great! The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in person wasn't the friendliest. He didn't smile at any point of the check-in process and looked like he didn't want to be there, The desk chair in the room was apparently broken in that the seat fell backwards as soon as you sat in it. TV remote didn't work very well. No shelf in the shower.
