Comfort Suites Tuscaloosa near University

Very noisy. Bathroom was dirty. Still a sock in there and a big flying roach.

Nice property for the cost. Breakfast is lacking from usual options seen with continental breakfast but found something to eat. Beds are comfortable. Rooms r clean.

Great place to stay!

Check-in took a very long time. Nice room although previous person obviously smoked in our non smoking room. The staff had turnred off the refrig to defrost it and the rug infront of the refrig was soaking wet and was still draing water as there was still ice on the wall of the refrig. We were offered another room.

Catherine at check in was very sweet and helpful!! Breakfast was good with a variety of items to eat. The beds were so comfortable!!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell it’s an older hotel, but it’s very adequate. The A/C was not super cold and it was an older unit, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and well maintained very cozy

The only issue we had was the a/c wasn’t the best and the room smelled like pee.

We were offered a different room, but by this time it was close to 10:30 and we had kids asleep. The staff treated us well and were sympathetic. That’s about the only good thing I can say.

Desk clerk untrained and answered phone during our checkin and left us waiting to get keys for rooms. Manager, train your people. Bathtub needs work. Breakfast was good.

Road noise may be a problem if you sleep light.

The staff. Being charged for a pool that was broken and had 3 children asking about it for 3 days. Promised a refund and didn't get one.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and very helpful when asking questions about things to do in the area. The only issue we had was a previous guest had left a sock that got shoved in the couch. Otherwise the room and pool were very clean.

The staff was so friendly especially the young girl working the front desk. The rooms was very clean and beds were comfortable. My son loved the indoor pool!

Black spots in tub, no towel bars. Very good breakfast, room was good size.

The rooms were roomy. The bed was big and comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The pool wasn’t packed or cold. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!
