Best Western University Inn

My partner and I only stayed one night but it was a great night spent here. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful. If I ever am travelling through the area again I would definitely choose this location to stay

Conveniently located.

Everything was clean the staff was super friendly.the room was well kept..

The pillows were tiny and the air conditioning barely worked and never got cool the whole night until we checked out the next morning.

Very nice hotel , only issue the wifi needs to improve

Great location and lovely staff

My first impression was a young lady at the desk who very obviously did not want to be there. The room was alright- other than filthy carpet. The shower is amazing. Overall- I’d say this place is fairly rundown. Access from road is also quite limited.

The price you book for is not what you pay they charged me two more times in different amounts. The air barely worked. The beds were old and hard.

Bed was comfy and breakfast was good, sausage and eggs with all the other options…cereal, bagels, etc. There was a lot for RV’s and trucks, as well

The property was not clean. Cockroaches outside the room.

Young lady at front desk acted as if she did not have time to deal with me . Very curt and short with answers

Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean. Location convenient enough. ONLY problem I had that gets the low rating is my bed was like a lumpy rock. It was extremely hard. After working 16 hr shifts this bed only made my back worse. Everything else was very good.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

The rooms are old and run down, it is cheap for a reason. It is not suitable for a family but ok for a solo traveler.

Great overnight stay. So many surprises! We traveled towing a boat, tons of parking to accommodate us. Cameras around so we felt very safe. Madi at the front desk greeted us with her beautiful smile and helpful attitude. The lobby, the room, were cleaned and smelled heavenly. Love their scent. Linda in the break room cooked a perfect breakfast and was so friendly. If we cube this way again, we will choose here.
