Very good stay

The first room given to me the floor around the sink had standing water covering the floor. After front dear came and saw the floor she didn’t really know what to do. I told her I wanted a new room. I was given a new room, and it was ok. The bed was comfortable, the faucet was not bolted to the sink and you had to hold it in be able to turn it on. Also the knob on the tub faucet was missing the screw holding it on. Overall if they fixed some of the issues (update plumbing fixtures), and housekeeping issues it’s not a bad place.

Nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff

Great staff. Very good price. Very quiet location. Really didn't have issues with this hotel.

Nasty room. Nasty everything

When we first got there, toilet wouldnt flush someone came fix it. The toilet runs all night. Door wouldnt fully shut had huge gaps. The microwave and fridge very nasty and outdated. Air conditioner unit was filthy, floors were dirty, bed sheets was nasty I had to put my own blanket on top of it. Stayed one night and didnt even shower the shower was nasty. I was very dissatisfied with my stay!

The room was old- towels were stained so bad. Pillows flat, floors so dirty. Stains on bedding. The smell of smoke and mildew. Ac worked tho. Staff were sweet. Over priced bc of Morgan Wallen concert. Price gouging for sure!

Parking was easy and secure and the room was freezing cold after we turned it on.

Ice machine on top level didn’t work. But other than that my stay was amazing

Location and early check in. Stay was friendly. Dirty, smelly, tv didn't work, you could hear everything in other rooms, dirty linen and cigarette burn holes in the sheets and blanket. My granddaughters socks were black from walking on the floor for only 30 minutes and these were brand new out the pack. Had to go buy towels, pillows and blankets.

Needs better stairways an access to rooms, more smoking rooms so the $50 deposit would be sufficient when all you have is the money for the room

Toilet was clogged for two days front desk just wasn't to welcoming

Parking was fine,and i didn't use the ac.

Ive stayed in two different rooms here the first room was decent it looked very worn down though referring to the toilet and tub it was overly stained and burn marks everywhere including the bedding in a non smoking room…I was smoking outside the room and was harassed by a staff member about smoking near the door that was cracked open (I was 2-4 feet from the door) he approached me 4x but didnt address the others who were smoking marijuana inside the non smoking room next to me the second room I stayed in again was very worn down in the bathroom the toilet seat looked absolutely filthy and two bugs were found crawling in the made bed I had not even got in yet both rooms towels were dingy with black spots and always had others hair on them even after getting them exchanged I will not be returning and I don’t recommend it to anyone unless the only other alternative is sleeping in the streets and bring your own towels rags and shower shoes
