The staff was friendly and helpful. The heat was on in our room when we got there so that was a littlw miserable. That was really our only negative. Will stay again.

I had to change my plans within 36 hours and could not cancel was only staying 1 night

The shower had no water pressure. Asked to have room cleaned and it wasn’t on the first day there. Towels that we were given one was dirty with something brownish looking and another had a pubic hair on it. If I’m paying to stay in a hotel, with the prices the way they are, I believe that the room should be cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. Nice hotel, but needs to be maintained better. Little run down.

The bathroom set up is absolutely unsafe. There are sharp edges in the walk-in shower with no mechanism of holding on to prevent false. The one rack is at the faucets and has very sharp edges. There is no anti-slip strips on the bottom of the shower. The water flows onto the bathroom floor, making it very slippery. The commode is loose and wobbly at the base. The countertop in the bathroom has sharp edges. I have stayed at other Townplace Suites before and this one rates pitiful.

Hotel was beautiful and front desk staff very nice. Had to go to desk 3 times to get bath towels and lotion because none in room. No ice bucket and no cleaning supplies or water in fitness room. Breakfast was not hot even though just put out. Got locked inside pool and front desk had to call maitinence to get me out . Local and was doing stay vacation but will never recommend this hotel

They didn't have the room on reserved 3 months prior. The subbed with another that wouldn't work and everything was filthy

My room wasn’t clean well there was a lot of hair in my shower from the people before me. I did let them know about it at the end of my day in the beginning getting in the room. I did not want to be on the first floor, but because of the high of people that left the day before they did not have all the rooms cleaned, so I only had one choice which led me to be on the first floor I’m never on the first floor and there were so many people still waited in the lobby for a room till 10 o’clock at night. I really feel like a lot of people should have got a refund for their first night because it was a travesty. I will not be coming back.

Dirty rooms, clothes from previous stay, roaches, overwhelming smell of bleach, no sheets for guest pull out beds. Just DIRTY

We had to change rooms because of the horrible state of the first room. We were there for 4 days and not one time was the room cleaned. When I called the front desk they said they’d take care of it but never did. The attitude of the staff was lackadaisical and unprofessional. The manager sets a very poor example of customer service and professionalism for her staff. Find a more updated and friendly place to stay!!!

Clean room, but outdated bathroom.

Staff were super nice- location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was beautiful with lots of towels.
