Great 1 night stay in a clean and basic hotel. Great amenities and the room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, and the coffee was a hit.

Bad

Booked 2 beds and got 1. Didn’t tell me that they were out of them and then didn’t want to give me what I paid for. Finally was able to get 2 rooms but then the next day they deactivated my room key without communicating to tell me. Will not stay here again.

I travel a great deal and would come back here again and again.

The staff was awesome and the beds were comfy. The front desk, housekeepers, and the lady in the dining room were extremely helpful.

The staff was great and very helpful but my bathroom was pretty dirty. The shower hadn’t been fully cleaned for weeks and there was mildew crawling down from the lip of the sink. Smelled great though and the bed was really comfortable.

Great hotel. We stayed for U of A orientation. Breakfast was the typical spread (waffles, eggs, oatmeal). Everything was clean and staff was very friendly.

Tea bags in lobby not replaced / couldn’t get tea despite letting staff know. Otherwise hotel is great!

The bathroom was not clean at all. The walls were filthy and there was hair everywhere. The toilet bowl was not clean. There were stains on the covers. The room smelled like pee.

It was clean and spacious. The mattress was too soft.

This was my 1st time booking like this & we booked 1 rm w double beds. Showed up & was told we needed 2 separate rooms bc they had no more rooms left like the one I reserved. Also, we were only given 1 key for each room. Went down to get a 2nd key to each room & they worked once & then not again. Which was a pain due to my 17 yr old not waking up & why I needed the key. You had 1 elevator that took forever & 1 ice machine on the 1st floor that took forever to find. The waffle was the only thing I ate.
