Would stay here again! Convenient to the interstate.

Breakfast was good and place was clean.

The first thing we noticed when walking in to the hotel was how good it smelled. Nice and clean. No musty odors at all. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are top notch!! The room was clean and the pool was too!! Breakfast—great variety and available until 10! My only critique would be—I wish they had the little liners for the ice buckets! Otherwise, this will absolutely be my go to Tuscaloosa hotel!!

My room had gnats in it and the pillows smelled like ass.

Fairly clean, but the location was a bit grim, the front desk person was almost non-verbal, and the room was moist (maybe that's just Alabama in June). They had coffee in the lobby, though, which was nice, and we really liked the University of Alabama campus.

It was super clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with several options to choose from. Access to the hotel was really easy and was close to several dining options. Not that this would keep me from staying there again, but you could hear everything outside the door in the hallway and outside the window from the pool area. The TV was Internet based, so it timed out.

There was guys outside smoking weed and drinking. There was smoke in the hallway. The front desk staff in the afternoon shift was in sweatshirt and sweat pants. Breakfast never changes it’s the same everyday, tasted like it was left over and reheated several times!

Staff was nice, room was not clean. Weird marks on the bedding, and bathroom was sketch.

Location was good. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. We waited about 20 min. before someone showed up. It appeared there was only one staff member working that day who was extremely busy. Once we got to the rooms, we had to change one of the rooms because there were two leaks, one from the A.C. and the other from the toilette. The bathrooms smells foul. There is a foul oder in the halls, but I suspect it originates from the bathrooms. We have two rooms and all three (including the one they moved us to) all smells bad. The TV wasn't working but they sent someone to fix it last night. The A.C. doesn't work properly in either room. Our bed linen had stains on it, we requested another set but it also had dirty stains. The shower walls were filthy and looked like they had never been cleaned, and there was a hole in one of the wash clothes

It’s convenient and very close to the University of Alabama. However our room was a bit dirty on the floor and shelf underneath the TV. Seems it wasn’t clean. Besides that, it was just a simple room and good for a one night stay. I liked the staff there.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy - the AC unit as well as a couple other, unknown from where clanks. That was the only issue I had.

Clean property and room, waffles were good.

Clean, Quiet and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and a walmart. Traffic getting to your hotel can be a pain late in the evening.

Clean. Cute. Ran from a rat infested hotel ( called best… something ). Skip that one, do this one. You’re welcome. Only thing I wish was that the pool area wasn’t basically in the parking lot and that access for the pool should’ve had a different entrance instead of main lobby. But that’s ok for what I dealt with at the other place! I just needed a clean place and this was it.

We stay at this hotel quite often when visiting Tuscaloosa. This trip we did have an issue on day two where our smoke alarm was beeping due to a battery issue, Kenzie ay the front desk was absolutely so helpful. She moved us since maintenance had gone home for the night. She was quick and very accommodating. All of the staff is nice an pleasant but she went above and beyond making sure our stay was great! Thank you Kenzie for all of your help!
