Homewood Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown

The breakfast was good for hotel buffet. Coffee was very good. Staff members were all very kind and helpful. The room was a nice size with two queen beds, large living room area and well equipped kitchen. Its location is a little different to drive into as it’s located very near the river. We missed a turn and drove over the bridge which made us have to do a U-turn. Other than this it’s a great place to stay. Will definitely consider it again in the future.

Very nice. Very clean and modern. Nice breakfast area. Very up to date and well kept. Parking/access was only real problem. Roads closed near hotel. Parking is a problem. Valet not readily available after midnight.

Exceptional

The rooms are incredibly spacious and accommodated our family of 4 wonderfully. The breakfast is also amazing. If I had to come up with something I’d say the bathroom sink water pressure was low but that’s my only negative feedback.

The overall experience... the hotel was clean. Room was nice and clean and felt very comfortable, more like home. Not to mention the customer service was immaculate. Amy was my check in person and her personality brightened my day. She was so pleasant and down to earth. The only thing I didn't like were people not taking into consideration that some people are afraid of animals and still proceeds to get on the elevator, but its not the hotels fault.

Staff was kind and the room service was great. The pool was FILTHY. Debris in it and cloudy. The halls smelled like mildew.

Great place to stop overnight. Cute city, lots to do even though it was an overnight trip. Evening staff was super helpful and sweet, I wish I could remember her name. Overall would stay here again.

The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and always eager to assist with a smile. It’s clear that hospitality is a priority here. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options that made it easy to start each morning on a positive note. We also appreciated the hotel’s amenities, which were clean, well-maintained, and added to the overall comfort and convenience of our visit. Thank you to Roderius and the entire team for making our stay such a memorable one. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
