Great location. Allows a parking spot on campus. Walking distance to school, football and basketball stadia. Right next to Catholic Church

2 microwaves broken but repaired quickly. Saw multiple spiders in room. Staff was very friendly. Facility clean.

I liked my stay. My dislike is the property needs an upgrade. The bathrooms are super tiny. The price to me personally is overpriced because of the upgrades that need replacing. The staff is friendly Bathroom

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Elevators were quick! Restaurant on location offerings were very tasty. We will return.

We were advised upon check in there would be no hot water from 7 a.m. to noon for our departure day. We woke early on departure day to shower before the hot water was unavailable only to find out at check out they had moved the hot water being off to the next day. Absolutely zero communication before arrival or during our stay regarding the hot water issue. Paid parking was mostly blocked off then was all blocked when we returned from dinner on our last evening. Again, zero communication. Our bathroom was very small with no vanity area on the sink and the bathroom door hit the front of the toilet when you open the door. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was only one small trash can in the entire suite, located in the bathroom. The lobby area was beautiful and clean. First time staying here in four years of traveling to Tuscaloosa and will be our last stay at this hotel. Disappointed as we were looking forward to our visit.

It's always a luxurious feelings staying at the Capstone. The experience will make you keep coming back every time you stay in Tuscaloosa.

When I checked in I turned on the TV for background noise, but there was no noise. I checked in the inputs and then scanned a few channels and there was "no signal". I called the front desk and asked about the TV connection(s). The front desk did not know the answer, but said they would send someone up to check the TVs. No one ever showed. I was there two days and no one came to my room and no one from the front desk ever asked if my issue had been resolved. I wasn't there to watch TV, but the fact that neither (there were two in the room) worked properly and no one bothered to check it was very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The property is quiet and clean, and our room was very comfortable. It was also conveniently located. The rate was very affordable probably due to the fact that it was off-season. The staff was very polite and professional. I would stay here again, no question.

The hotel is in a fabulous location and the staff are terrific. The hotel room and bathrooms were very dated, but it was clean for dated. Just not luxury by any means

The hotel is conveniently located if you have a student at the University of Alabama or if you are attending a game. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious.
