Great stay!

Great location on campus. Hotel looks very nice overall. Didn’t use the pool area, but it looked very nice. Restaurant, Legend’s, is fantastic. The bathroom was a bit dirty but nothing I would call housekeeping over. Just a few scattered bits of dirt on the bathroom floor. Overall, this is definitely our go to when we visit the university. The restaurant and front desk staff are very helpful. Overall would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location. It's so convenient to be close to U. of Alabama campus. We stayed there for my daughter's sorority move in. It was nice to be close to campus to pick up packages that had been shipped and be close to shopping centers.

If you knew this hotel when it was the 4 Points Sheraton, you’ll be disappointed by the current version. How a much lower-end economy feel now compared to the way it used to be. It was an acceptable place to spend the night, but all I could think about was how much it had declined. Lighting “upgrades” make the entry feel more like an airport terminal than a lobby. The elevator interiors were beaten up, and there was trash in the floor. The wall coverings were peeling away from the wall in the 2nd Floor elevator lobby. The corridor had more of a dormitory vibe as carpeting, paint, and signage had all been replaced with lower end materials. The light bulbs in our room were the harsh “Daylight” brilliant white color rather than warm light. It was sad to see what was once the nicest hotel in Tuscaloosa now in such a 2nd class state.

We stay here on our way to and from our travels to Texas and South Carolina. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The area feels very safe, restaurant on site is excellent and they are dog friendly. Price is very reasonable and your right the Alabama campus. I love this hotel.

Great breakfast

The staff was kind and it is a convenient location to the university. The beds were older and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean and people were talking loudly all night in the hallway.

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms are a bit aged. Overall great stay

The first room we stayed in in the refrigerator did not work and the toilet seat was loose. We reported it and left for supper. When we returned it appeared that nothing had been done so I checked with the front desk and the maintenance person indicated that he had tightened the seat as much as possible and that the fridge would have to be swapped out. At that point the lady at the front desk suggested we change rooms, so we had to pack all of our things up and swap to another room on a different floor. The original room had a much larger bathroom and was much nicer.

Great little spot to stay for onsite training. Has a restaurant on site so you can get your work done and relax. No issues at all

Great location!! Right on campus!!!!

Meat place with a Bama vibe!

The air was working but only seemed to cool the living area of the suite. My husband woke up sweating in the middle of the night regardless of the air being set at 69. The bed and pillows definitely need some upgrades! Not to mention the fitted sheet kept popping off the mattress. Maybe invest in some deep pocket sheets.

The property was beautiful, convenient, and on the University of Alabama’s campus. The amenities and staff were excellent! The room and hotel were very clean and esthetically beautiful. We loved how close we were to the buildings we had to attend for the Bama Bound orientation! This hotel is a must for an unforgettable experience for any family that plans to visit the campus. We will book again.
