The staff and reception in particular were very friendly and very helpful. The room was cool and quiet and the TV had a sleep timer which is rare at most places I’ve stayed.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

The hotel was very nice it was clean the staffs were very welcoming especially the young lady Kia she was super nice I think she worked in housekeeping but overall everything was nice I definitely would stay again

We stayed here during Bama Bound orientation and loved that it was right on campus and made for an easy trip. We ended up getting a room upgrade because our original room ended up being adjacent to a room with a yappy dog. Front desk staff was super helpful! The rooms were very warm when we first walked in (it was the peak of summer) but ended up cooling down perfectly after a couple hours. We never utilized the pool or restaurant/bar but it looked like both were well taken care of and staffed. Beds were super comfortable, rooms were overall very clean, just a little worn looking. But I’d say that outside the Alamite, this would be the best option for a stay at Bama.

Always friendly staff and convenient to everything. The room was hot. The AC was turned down but we ended up having to go purchase a fan from a store down the street.

We have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and we love it so much we haven’t tried anywhere else in Tuscaloosa. The location to the university can’t be beat, the pool is clean, and staff is always friendly. We will be back.

Good breakfast- worth the price. They were doing landscaping while we were there, but it was still well maintained. Comfortable bed, quiet even though cheerleaders were on the same hall.

Hotel is extremely convenient if you are visiting the university of Alabama but it is definitely outdated. Overall it’s OK and I will return due to convenience.
