Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tuscaloosa-University by IHG

Very good

Great stay!

This is an overpriced hotel with little for the price. For $900/night on a game weekend they did not even come in to clean the room without request. Towels were rough and they ran out of bath mats. Management was not nice to work with

It's a good option when visiting Tuscaloosa and close to UofA and food options. Staff is friendly and our room waa clean.

Clean room and friendly staff

The tailgate party.

The room and entire hotel was very clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Exceptional

Room was clean. I was told at reservation my check-in time was 2pm....when I got there they told me it was 3 even other people was checking in at 12....1....2.....and was told they had staggered check-in. I told them I was a member and they looked and they explained, I was only a bronze member that doesn't carry any extra amenities unless i was gold, I would have to stay more and I had to wait until my turn to check in.....very rude, makes me wonder why this hotel treats bronze members like they are nobody or not important.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was fine. It was close to the University!

We have stayed here a few times for college move in and everything is always great
