Specifically booked this hotel because of the included breakfast but was informed when we checked in that it was no longer offered

Everything like the comfortableness and all Bridget the manager.she was drunk and abusive towards staff and especially towards the guest

The location and the quietness The room wasn't big enough.

No breakfast as advertised and coffee was served but no creamer was available.

But for the cost and what I needed, it was good.

They lied. There is no breakfast. No breakfast, the room was not clean, the microwave dish was missing, the remote control back was missing. The building interior needs a paint job.

Staff was friendly. The shower was incredible!!! I think it was my favorite part of the stay. Big fan of whoever chose the shower heads because those settings were impeccable. No real complaints. I got locked out of my room on accident because my card was only assigned one day when I paid for two, but it got fixed pretty quickly.

Breakfast was included online when registering, but was told no breakfast when we got there. Amenities that were offered not there. Would have stayed at another hotel had I known.

Also, shower pan had tiny short lip snd water went all over the floor even when being careful. That may be why the foyer had a leak in the ceiling.

The location It was very dirty from the lobby to the hallways to the room

Location, clean No breakfast as advertised, staff for the most part horrible-smoke alarm missing in room, tv did not work, no room tidy and we stayed 3 nights, one itty bitty garbage can

I enjoyed the. spacious room, location and value. Also enjoy meeting Remy(the hotel dog) The gym could be updated.

Located very close to university mall, but a little off the path from the interstate- not hard to find though. Seemed dingy and not as fresh as other hotels, but generally clean.

Location not great, advertised breakfast included but no breakfast, not even coffee. Advertised fridge in room, no fridge and tiny room. Management could care less about the problems, very poor experience.

Representative was not at desk for check in for 20 minutes. Came out of room down the hall once we called the front desk number. Bedding was not on bed. When we went back to front desk to ask for comforter, desk worker was no where to be found again. At check out, no one was present at front desk. Just left keys on desk and left.

The room was clean They didn’t have breakfast and they said if I would have booked direct from them and not through the booking site I would have known. So you need to take continental breakfast off the website, please I was very disappointed that I couldn’t eat for two days in the morning

No breakfast like it said while booking. No coffee pot or ice bucket. No cups. The place to put the shower head was broken. There is no door to the shower, just a curtain, water got everywhere. Bed was to lumpy.
