Best Western Plus Twin Falls Hotel

Hotel was not very clean upon arrival. Floors were especially dirty and there was a smell. The rooms were tidy enough but not sure if actually clean. Didn’t use any of the other amenities, and ate breakfast elsewhere.

Great place to stay would stay there again.

On the other hand, the room was cramped and dangerous. The right side of the only sink was taken up by a coffeemaker and supplies that I could not figure out how to work. I moved these out onto the dresser to make some room for toiletries. The beds were on platforms that we bumped our toes on repeatedly. and corners that we bumped our shins on. The corners had some dark padding, but still hurt. We put washcloths on them in order to see them when we got up at night. In the morning we discovered that the shower had one tiny corner shelf only big enough for the little bar of soap, but nowhere for the shampoo and conditioner. These had to be reached from the back of the toilet. There was no tea in the room or in the breakfast room! I carry my own just in case, and usually brew it in the room before breakfast to make it iced for the road, but had to get hot water downstairs. The breakfast room was very small - people had to wait for tables at 7:30.

Delicious breakfast. Minor cleaning !nd maintenance items noted. Hair was left in the shower on the floor from the previous occupant, the toilet seat won't stay up and the toilet water ran continuously. Other than that it was a great budget hotel.

It was well maintained. The staff were great! They had a room big enough for our family. I didn’t like the cost.

Location and staff. The breakfast was nice It wasn’t completely clean ( hair in the bathroom). I requested extra pillows and they didn’t have any. It was very noisy, with young kids running up and down the hallway.

Good room near the Perrine Bridge. Excellent breakfast. Best of our vacation.

Great very cordial, quick, and helpful staff. Nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was good. Noise from streets and adjacent parking lot wasn’t great. Lots of options for breakfast, but would appreciate more fresh items - fruit, real eggs, etc.
