If I was to go through Twin Falls again, I would not stay at this hotel. I would choose one of the nicer newer ones that are down by the river.

We were given keys that didn’t work, then we are given keys to a room that is already occupied. 3rd time is a charm, got the keys to correct room. That is after we had a 12 hr drive. So, other than that, and the stinking carpet in the corridor, all is well.

Very clean room. Nice hot and options for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was very refreshing, especially since it was HOT outside. Glad the pool was inside due to smoke from fires in the region.

Everything was outstanding. Especially we enjoyed the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, and the breakfast. Everything was outstanding. There were no drawbacks.

Everything was as advertised. The beds are comfortable and we both slept great. I personally think the price is higher than it should be.

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fabulously! The kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and ventilated. The bed frame was incredibly squeaky! So much that it would wake everyone up if one person would readjust in any bed! And the dogs! The dog across the hall barked all the time and at night! I will not stay at a pet friendly hotel again if I can help it. They should put people with animals on one end of the hotel, not in the middle.

Great staff at the front desk. In room found a take out box of half eaten French fries under the chair. Dark mold rings the tub. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. Location very good for drooping back on the interstate.

Easy access, clean, comfortable. There was a lot to choose from at the breakfast bar. The 12pm checkout time is perfect
