Booked a suite. It had no air conditioning. They put me into a lesser room and told me they would refund the difference in room price. I still haven’t seen any refund. They don’t care about the customer.

I stayed two nights with my teenage kids. The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. We were very lucky that our stay was nice and quiet, no loud neighbors kept us awake. One thing I always love about a hotel with complimentary breakfast is if they have coffee all day long and that they have a warm option for breakfast. They had both and I was thrilled.

This hotel was quite good. I especially liked the strong water pressure in the shower/shower head. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were great. My only 'complaint' is that the pillows were too squishy and did not support my neck. If I had not bought my own pillow, I would not have been able to sleep well. If squishy pillows don't bother you, I highly recommend this hotel!!

Unfortunately, the smell on the bathroom was disgusting. I think A septic thank bathroom smell better The Ac unit never cool enough below 73 degrees Outside was 89 Holiday inn is not what it used to be anymore
