I would tell housekeeping to clean mirrors not just the bathroom mirror and to check the bathroom side of the bathroom doors cause ours looked like it had puke or milk or something splattered all over it so detailed cleaning would help

We got in around midnight and the front desk was not staffed. We had to call a number to get assistance. After waiting at least 10 minutes, staff came and was really quick check in. Unfortunately housekeeping woke us up at 8:26. We missed breakfast as it was only open on a Sunday until 9:00. Just awful.

The room was not worth $235 per night. The room literally looked like a 2 star hotel, outdated. Nothing fancy. Paid half of that in las vegas and it was twice as nice. Very disappointed.

The cleaning lady woke us at 8am, really sucked. Microwave in room but nothing else. No coffee no cups no waters nada.

When we checked in Thursday evening young lady at the front desk was smiling , helpful, and kind. She also helped us with the TV. Issue later in the evening , what a pro. The pool and hot tub were sparkling, clean and just the right temperature.. The rooms were clean and stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Good pillows too. Twenty four hour coffee machine and the breakfast in the morning was very good. Plentiful luggage carts and good parking In a well lit parking lot. Food across the street and in a great location , clean neighborhood . The quality for the price was more than reasonable, I will stay here again.
