Additionally, the rooms were extremely loud (on a Monday night) and was woken up by the sound of the hallway doors and the person upstairs making noise all night. I know hotels can be a little noisy but I couldn't sleep and checked out by 4:30am.

Took over an hour to check in! Is great for families and dogs but not ok to be so short staffed with slow people that it’s an hour wait of 20+ people just to check in at 8pm!

This location is fantastic! We were a very last minute add to a softball team for the tournament that was in town and all hotels were booked. This location completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the staff was extremely attentive. We had to call as our air conditioner was not working correctly and the female maintenance employee worked to repair it, brought us a box fan etc. We later also saw her mopping the hallway floor by the pool, doing everything needed to really keep the hotel clean. While our travels usually have us staying at a marriott or hilton, I have to say this pool and hot tub, were the cleanest we've experienced in a while. Every staff member goes out of their way to take pride in their job and provide you with the best stay. Very impressed and highly recommend!!!

The hotel was very clean. It is near the main road so it was a little loud in our room at times. The light above our bed randomly came on and off throughout the night which was super unfortunate. I let the front desk know and she didn’t seem surprised…I said that it should be fixed for the next person.

The breakfast selection was great. I always wish the hot food was warmer. I have stayed here many times. I always have my small dog. I never notice any signs of dogs having been in my room from before my visit. Its easy to get back on the highway. The pool area looks nice but I have not used it because I don't leave my dog alone. There is plenty of parking and keyed entry doors.

Cheap on amenities. Nothing in the shower. Low on towels. TV selection is all ads. Beds were comfortable. VERY noisy!!!! Traffic sounds are off the charts!!

The room was very clean and roomy. We felt very comfortable there and the amenities with the gym, pool, and spa were fantastic. Breakfast was great and everything looked new and clean. We had a great time and the price was very reasonable.

I loved that the pool was open 24 hours so that we could go at a time where nobody else was there. It is a really nice pool and big hot tub. The breakfast had lots of options and a good layout so it was easy to get it even though there was lots of people there at the same time. The room was very clean and smelled nice when we arrived.
