The hotel staff was wonderful! Friendly and welcoming. It was nice to get into our room quickly and it was very clean and easy to get on with our destination.

This was the cleanest Hilton Garden Inn I’ve ever been in. The room was excellent. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. And friendly and kind to us and helpful. I’ve been in a lot of Hilton Garden Inn, but never one as nice as this one, I will definitely stay there again if I happen to be coming through Twin Falls thank you for such a nice stay.

The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t clean daily andBring fresh towels or coffee and there was a loud washing noise that sounded like there were water in the walls all day and night.

This Hotel is nice for a Hilton but Train YOUR Staff about the Breafast you charge Extra for (what a Joke!) Seriously $30 for a Waffle thatis standard food at all other Hotels I have stayed at across the USA. Come on Hilton do you really need to charge me extra for this attempt of a breakfast. I don't know the staff person working the breakfast shift approx (8:30am on June 15 2026) but inform her that if a guest paid full amount for a meal. They can have a Waffle and not have to ask for it as a EXTRA ugh Will be staying AWAY From this HOTEL! When you say check out is at 11am honor that and keep your housekeeprs away.

Lots of comforts and amenities. Very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. A quick walk to the rim of the Snake River and two awesome restaurants overlooking the river - Highly recommend.

Be sure to confirm with hotel they have your reservation prior to arriving. There was a mix up here, not sure why. They will not accept your email receipt from Expedia. Expedia was able to get it worked out eventually.

The whole place smelled like dogs. The 4th floor hallway smelled like burnt hair. The TV remote didn't work. The water was not drinkable. When we checked in, they told us about breakfast. Then when I went the next morning for breakfast, I was told there was a charge - after I had put breakfast on my plate.
