It was very clean. Friendly professional staff even though an outside situation that was very heart wrenching was occurring causing their usual day to be very chaotic. They held it together to make sure everyone was taken care of.

The first night we noticed dirty wash cloth that was left in the shower. I informed the front desk and they said they would let the cleaning people know. We had a note left that they couldn’t make the beds because our things were on them but they didn’t take the wash cloth or clean the shower. So I had to do it myself so I could take a shower.

The pool and hot tub when we tried to use them were so extremely cold we didn’t stay in them. Then they shut them down but by the time they were back up we didn’t have time to use them. Then the lady cleaning our hall parked her cart in the door way in front of the elevator when we said excuse me she said “This is stupid”. We had places we had to be and my husband needed the elevator. Don’t park the cart in front of the elevator. We have always loved our stays here but the last like 2 or 3 times we have had some issues that can’t just be ignored.

This place has 2 blogs. Bldg A is the check-in desk. Bldg B is where we were. Looked like an abandoned check-in desk. Felt like in was going to be featured on Dateline with Keith Morrison narrating.... just a place to lay your head.... until 2:30am when the fire alarm went off for no particular reason.

This Hotel is in need of a complete renovation. The carpet in the public areas and our room was very dirty with black visible stains. Rust and mold in the bathroom frame. Stains on window drapes. Mattresses old and uncomfortable! Pillows were in the shape of balls. TV did not turn on. Unacceptable to rent a hotel room in these conditions!

Thank You to the Staff and Management.

Disappointing

Superb

Room was disappointing. The carpet was badly stained and ripped, the room smelled terrible, and the side entrance closest to our room wouldn’t accept our key, forcing us to walk around the building. Staff was pleasant, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Location Noisy

Breakfast was crap but the shower was great. Less sweets & more fruit or juices.

Dirty noisy uncomfortable beds mostly noisy my room window didn't lock it was on the ground floor

Good price, nice staff good location. room was nice. Jets for the hot tub didn't work and the hallways and elevator were very hot. Also another waffle maker would make the breakfast run more smoothly
-
The rooms needed new carpet. Pool needed better maintenance.

Hallway and stairwell had no lights. Wife is disabled and they put us on the second floor with no elevator. Room and hallways smelled like stale smoke. Turned on AC and the smell got worse. Stains on the white sheets and comforter. Bed smelled moldy. We ended up leaving within about 10 min of checking in because I was getting physically sick.

Hallway smells like stale cigarettes, room is old and musty, bed is worn out, AC sounds like a freight truck running. Hot tub doesn't work and they have no interest in fixing it. It's a good cheap hotel for a brief stay over... But it isn't cheap and they aren't honest about it up front.

Overpriced for what we received. The room itself was clean and acceptable. Getting to the room was very disappointing as the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong in the hallways. The pool was nice, but the pool area was very dirty and disorganized. Dirt and small garbage were in the corners, pool tiles looked filthy, pool chairs were disorganized and in disarray. We went to the pool at 10:30 in the morning, so it should have been in clean, neat and organized condition if the night audit crew had done a good job of cleaning it up. The exterior grounds of the buildings were very disappointing too. Weeds growing in the flower beds, and grounds just not pridefully maintained. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast lady was on top of keeping things stocked and the tables clean. Front desk staff were nice, but not overly welcoming or friendly. This was definitely not a $115 per night hotel. For what we received, I'd recommend this hotel at $59 per night or less, but not any more.
