Shower did not drain an was not very clean. Floor was dirty with stains. Hand rail for the stairs was broken in the wall and key cards didnt work all the time. Definitely request building A because building B was ran down. From my previous stays building A was much better.
-
Carpets throughout the hotel we're beyond needing cleaning. Major stains and worn out areas that were down to the threads; even in the room. Pillows were yellow from over use. Shower head was clogged with lime deposit. Bed was very soft to the point of being a sack. We did get a room for dogs but even the common areas were way overdue for replacing. Would not recommended.

Nice spot in Twin Falls.
-
Good hotel just dirty floor and sheets.
-
It was a very wee kept room. The breakfast bar was sufficient. I would definitely repeat my visit!

Our stay was wonderful, except a few a things. The housekeeping didn’t want to clean our room or take our trash out. The parking in the back of the building was a little sketchy.BUT The front staff (personable/very helpful)

Cons! Haha the hotel itself is pretty run down. Carpet was grimy and had black spots. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. They have glade plug-ins running on high in the room to cover up old smoke smells or pet smells, but we unplugged those because they make us nauseous. When coffee & water ran out in the lobby, there was no hurry to replace them. Seems more like an ownership problem, than the staff running the place. Like I said the staff was mostly friendly and helpful when you asked, but the owner could definitely do some updating!

Amazing staff. Our favorite place to stay in Twin Falls
-
Never even considering staying there

We literally went and bought sandals so we didn’t have to walk on the floor in socks or bare feet I just felt gross being there. On the positive side I think those were the nicest softest bath towels I’ve experienced in a motel.

Location was great. Easy access to local restaurants and shopping. Having to pack luggage up to the second floor in building B. Key cards had to be reprogrammed 4 times. Booked hotel room 3 months in advance. Asked for a different room in building A and was told no rooms available.

Nice dog area Key cards hard to get to work

I liked everything about the property. Everybody is so nice the staff very helpful. The place is clean. I love breakfast every morning. I go down for breakfast and I even went in the pool and the hot tub. It was good. I enjoyed the whole day. That’s why I only choose quality in to stay anywhere I go they treat you like family.

Large spacious rooms with good exercise equipment , adequate breakfast, Good location near restaurants,

Hot tub was not hot, room keys constantly not working (we noticed several people had to get there’s fixed too). The smell in the room was the really nasty part. Supposed to be non smoking but it was stale coffee and smoke scent.

The quality Inn was very clean nice amenities wonderful breakfast most of all the front office. Staff was very helpful.

Great location, by many shops and by the snake falls hike! The bed was awful. The heater smelt like burnt hair. We were in "B" building that reaked of cigarettes. Had to walk to building "A" fo use the pool or have breakfast. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude.(kitchen staff was super friendly!"

Its location and how early the breakfast started. The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room keys only worked intermittently, which became frustrating throughout our stay. The hot tub was disappointing—it wasn’t actually hot, the jets didn’t work, and there were strange floating particles in the water. On top of that, the rooms in Building B had a noticeable unpleasant odor. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and these issues significantly impacted our stay.

Tub didn’t drain and the hallways smelled. We were in building B which obviously was more run down than building A but we had to go to building A for the pool and breakfast. Breakfast was good well stocked and appetizing. Building B has no elevator. Which was hard
