The following week after checking our credit card statement we saw they not only still charged us for the one night stay, they charged us 3 separate times for the room? Called management and after a week and a half, no call backs, we are still fighting to get the charges refunded. STAY AWAY!

The bed was uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise from the people upstairs walking around and the air conditioner rattling. The restaurant is a little pricey, as well. The hotel seems a little overpriced.

Best beds, very clean, great staff and the restaurant is great as well. It was in a great location for both work and play.

Clean and well maintained. No breakfast, but there was free coffee in the morning. There was a refrigerator in the room. No hairdryer but I liked the soap, shampoo and conditioner.

This location has food and beverages ready to order downstairs. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and amenities are outstanding.

The bar is basically just wine, beer, and canned mixed drinks; however, the drinks were fine for me and the food was great. It's really the best place in Twin Falls!

Had to book a hotel in twin for an additional night day after a baseball tournament in Rupert beautiful facility very clean room was very large spacious and nice. It was a great place to stay overnight.
