12 Oaks Hotel

The room was very clean and nice. The only thing we didn't like was the TV volume was too low to hear the TV. Parking was good. The decor was very nice.

nothing to be said. it was great as always. that is the only hotel i book when i come from dallas to tyler and also all my friends as well.

This is my 3rd Rating staying @ this Hotel. My sister & I stayed there for 3wks! The Managers are awesome people & very hard working people. Take pride in the Property by always keeping it very clean & well maintained. The rooms are very nice & the Manager always asked if we needed anything. The pool was awesome & very relaxing. Sleep great! You always remember wonderful people who you meet in Life & we will remember our stay there. Thank you for being so kind to us❤️

I've stayed here several times over the years. It's a great budget hotel. The grounds are nice and the parking lot well-lit. The rooms are clean, the air conditioner works well, beds and pillows comfortable. No issues. My only complaint is that on one side of the bed there is no outlet at all, so my husband had to move his phone to the other side of the room to charge it. But they can't really do anything about that, I suppose. I really liked that the mini-fridge in our room also had a freezer compartment. I've never had that option at a hotel. It was a good stay.

Room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. It's an old style roadside motor hotel, with very small bathrooms complete with unlocked windows.

Everybody, there is cheerful and nice and very professional.The rooms are clean, really impressed.The property is Is very well maintained , and they have a pool. Feel very safe Staying there and would highly recommend

It was nice and clean and respectful

Nothing They gave me the key to the room, said I was all good, and then called me back to the office around midnight to pay, because they had some sort of mix up. The room was not clean, sheets were disgusting, felt almost moist at times. I saw bugs crawling around.

Comfortable bed, quiet room. Exceeded expectations for the price! Staff was so polite.

Also, this is NOT a hotel, it is a MOTEL. I was deceived by the false advertising.

On one particular night there that were a several rowdy people in the parking lot late into the night. I think it was a special occasion, but staf might’ve done something to quieter those people down.

Arrived after midnight from a late flight in and it was conveniently only a few minutes away from the airport. Check in was easy, had some difficulties with room key but stuff member fixed it right away. Would stay here again.

Very well-kept and staff was very nice. Will definitely use the motel again.

I ran out of toiletries and front office clerk whom was not allowed by motel owner to leave the office by night brought me the necessary product. I’d like to commend this young man for going out of his way. Thank you sir.

It was very basic, but it was clean and we felt safe. Warning if you need Wifi, it was terrible! Had to leave the property to get decent service.
