Nothing It was nasty. Need was horrible and lumpy.
-
It was a standard breakfast like most hotels - everything was clean and organized This didn't bother me personally but just to be aware, this hotel is older and has signs of aging such as broken tiles out front, elevator wasn't working that day etc.
-
No. The pool had concrete and trash in it. I had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work and the elevator wasn’t working. This place should close and make necessary renovations!

Horrible stay! Elevators were not working, and I was on the 3rd floor. Changed rooms once - no heat or air. Microwave not working and replaced and needed to be replaced. Lastly, the ironing board was broken and the cover was absolutely filthy - they were both replaced! Who is regulating these places?
-
The elevator was out of order and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was not Comfort Suites style breakfast. Everything was stale.

Perfect location for our stop along our road trip

Clean hotel Elevator not working
-
The elevator didn’t work, the door was crooked, and the room stunk

The parking, it was comfortable and breakfast was really good. The cleaning was okay they actually forgot a used wash rag in the shower and the toilet did not flush very good. Also I know it wasn’t there fault but we had to walk up the stairs to 3rd floor since the elevator broke and had to carry our twin babies along with our items which was pretty hard.

I like the fact that in was in town. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, resulting in back discomfort throughout the following day. It appeared as though renovations were underway, as evidenced by the distinct odor of paint and the presence of dust. Prior notification regarding these conditions would have been appreciated before confirming my reservation. I experienced skin irritation throughout the night. The provided towels were insufficient for two occupants, necessitating the use of personal supplies. Furthermore, small cockroaches were observed within the room. Consequently, my sleep was significantly disrupted.

Decent and clean location was a bit sketchy
-
Only issue was the elevator wasn't working but the staff messaged and told me then asked if I wanted to cancel. I chose to keep my reservation because she was nice enough to let me know in advance and gave me an option.

It’s a two star hotel which appears satisfied with its rating. For me I don’t stay in 2 stars unless I had no other choices. Did not look like it was trying to get to three stars. So, if they’re not trying harder then go elsewhere to a hotel trying to get your business.
