Needs to be updated and exterminating roaches

The pool is closed and disgusting. No coffee machine or anything in the lobby or the room. The refrigerator was extremely cold so if you want cold drinks it's great but if you put your salad in it like I did it will freeze it solid. The area around the hotel is decent and there is a Denny's and DQ right next to the hotel.

Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and such

The room smelled very bad, and the property looks wore down. I would like a refund or some kind of compensation for my stay as it wasn’t very pleasant. Noise coming in the middle of the night not a very good stay overall

Can I use the word "slumlord"? Only update since the 80s is a flat screen TV. Popcorn ceiling, wallpaper border and dirt and mold especially in the bathroom says enough about their pride in the property. Pool drained except for algae in the puddle didn't indicate any preparation for summer on this Memorial Day weekend. Really disgusted especially with the abundance of cleaner and newer hotels within quarter mile radius.

The photos online are of another room. Maybe one on-site, but not ours! And the lobby, several pictures of a place I was in for 5 minutes. The bed was rock hard. There was not a little bit of give. My back hurt from 20 minutes of laying on top of it. I had to sleep on the 5 foot (I am almost 6 foot) love seat. There was dirt and grime behind the square refrigerator and I did not dare to look closer. The wallpaper was from 1980. And I am not talking about the carpet. The two good things were the hot water was really hot and we only paid $50. Never again.

The pictures on the website are nothing like the actual motel. It was run down and dirty and in a very sketchy neighborhood. We didn’t even stay the night. Just wasted that money because we went across town and paid to stay in a different hotel. Do not stay there unless you have no concern for your safety.

The understanding from the attendant that was working with us And your pool was not working and was not informed through booking.com so I had to end up canceling my reservation cuz I was the only reason I went there

The staff does not know what they are doing and they are not very helpful and rude . Called to find out if there was a deposit and was to,d no. I paid for room online and got there and was told they needed a deposit and I didn’t have it cause I would booked elsewhere and didn’t get to stay there and had to sleep in my car and had no other funds to get a room anywhere else so I had to sleep in my car in a rest area 7 hours from home

I came in late after my brother broke his spine in Streetman, Texas and the manager allowed me to check in at 2am without any problems and was extremely helpful and very polite and accommodating towards my situation. Luckily my brother just needed a back brace for 4 weeks. Upon checking out, the new individual was just as concerned and helpful and kind. They explained how to get back to the hospital for me upon checkout AND they called me to let me know I forgot my cold pack in the freezer for my back (that pack cost me a lot of money). I felt safe there, the room was clean, the AC was perfect for me and I was able to park right outside my door. I highly recommend this especially if you find yourself in an unfamiliar town and situation like I did.

Parking lot not secure

Lobby was messy-possibly remodeling.

This hotel does not serve breakfast as advertised by hotels.com. The rooms are not up-to-date as advertised by hotels.com and neither is the facility. It was built in the 70s and it looks like it even smells like it.
