The property is old. It could definitely use a remodel. The room they gave me was actually very nice. Some of the other rooms were not so nice. And I don't mean dirty or anything like that I mean just outdated the rooms are very old the furniture is very old the fixtures are very old but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and it's safe. It's all indoors with locked doors in order to gain access to the rooms and all of that so it's a safe place. I would definitely stay there again if I got the room that they gave me this time because it was a nice room they do allow smoking which is a good thing well I don't know if it's a good thing but it was definitely convenient. Sorry about the no punctuation I am using talk to text so forgive me for my 500 word sentence. Lol

This hotel has passed its prime. It is inexpensive, but it is located in a seedy part of Tyler. We were concerned leaving our car in the parking lot overnight. Everything in our room was stained. It did seem fairly clean, however. Bed was comfortable too.

Room was disgusting sheets had burn holes and stains floors were literally taped together mates had stains sink did not drain carpets outside the room were disquieting holes everywhere not vaccumed

We stayed 5 days and then requested to extend the say for another week and No body came to clean the room not once even when we requested it. Water in the shower was not working just to take baths. Smells like cigarettes inside.

This hotel is terrible!!! None of the pictures online are current!!! The carpets are beyond filthy. Stains on the sheets and towels. Our bathroom door was split in half and didn't even close. The freezer was so full of frost you couldn't even use it. The ironing board was broken in pieces and there was no iron. My son's room had vomit on the side of the bed. When they checked into the room there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. My husband left early in the morning and there was a woman sleeping under the stairwell in a tent with her dog.....inside the hotel, which means they buzzed her in. Everything looked post apocalyptic. The "breakfast area" was empty, the business center in the photo has a completely empty vending machine. The security latch on our hotel room was broken. There is no air conditioning in the second floor hallway. Our smoke detector was broken. The phone was sitting on the nightstand without wires connected or cord plugged in like it was ornamental. It is a smoking hotel and the bathrooms are not ventilated so you can smell the people in adjoining rooms smoking like they were in your room. The shower curtain was covered in black AND pink mold. We all had headaches and congestion when we left from the awful air quality This hotel is a picture of what it looks like when the owners have given up and do not care about anything anymore!!! Don't do it!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The smell of the place was not very good. Everything is very worn.

When entering the hotel it has a bad smell but the room s are comfortable the people that clean the rooms are ratchet, the restaurants are all around the location The bed was comfortable

The bathroom didn’t have any lights and the cable tv was always freezing and the room didn’t have any trash cans so I can throw away my trash. I paid for two days but ended up only staying for one.

The TV had a big ass crack in it and when I told the guy at the desk he said he would tell management and they wouldn't even put me in another room floors had holes in it very bad experience I want my money back Everything

2nd the place sticks of tobacco or weed could tell. 3rd no hot water for a shower, warm at best. 4th used the restroom and the toilet would not flush. 5th very sketchy neighborhood and I didn't feel exactly feel safe. 6th the $25 deposit on a place that is run down and could use a major overhaul. Also got my cash deposit back of $25, but after I posted my review they tried to take $25 from my account.

Pet friendly. Our room was 2 QUEEN beds and no smoking. It was comfy just needed fluffier pillows but that's my opinion. Only downside was no elevator and I had my elderly parents with me. Also had a desk area. Big room!

It’s nice and comfortable WiFi sucks, the office people is very rude won’t even give u enough towels. Deposit takes 3-5 days I called 5th day and they haven’t even release it yet! So have to wait another 3-5 days

Room was in very bad condition. Ceiling fan hanging down. Light fixtures hanging down. No cover or battery in smoke detector.
