Holes in the top sheets. Some of the holes were obviously cigarette burns. But the room was supposed to be no smoking. Stained furniture. No vent covers in the bathroom, could see straight into the crud caked ceiling. Had to get the keys redone every single night. "Breakfast" was walmart fruit bars and oatmeal cream pies. They gave use 1 towel, and 1 wash rag for 2 people. Asked for a second and we're told we would have to give the first back. They claimed it was hotel policy. The soap and stuff was refillable bottles attached to the wall. Too bad they were empty. Supposed to be not pets, but we were kept up till 5 am from barking dogs. But at least the basic sheets seemed clean and no bed bugs.

Leaving! Everything, I was told at check in that there was a $60.00 deposit for any damages to the room. Once I get to the room there is damage all through the room. I canceled and I told the clerk to refund my $60 dollars for the deposit for damages and he told me that he couldn't refund the room.

How pretty it is How I was told if I took my breakfast to my room I would be charged 10 bucks, also we always had to reset the room key

I liked how clean it was! It was close to my destination! There was cops next door checking out my roommate, that made me nervous

The room was dirty. They gave you one towel and one washcloth on checking in. The room was filthy. The Wi-Fi sucked, barely a bar had to kick the door and get in every time every time, and they were aware. no hot water on the last night. The phone in the room didn’t work and they were aware. The water spout in the bathtub kept falling off the caulking in the bathtub. Looks like a kid did it however, the bed was comfortable, and the girl that checked us in was very nice.

Room was satisfactory The washing machine was broken when they had said it worked. No bar soap in the room. Had to ask for towels. Bath tub drain leaked the water out.
