Power went out in the building several times throughout the night and was completely out in the morning.

Easy transport to and from Mohegan casino. Also, a quick walk to casino. Good location.

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and the bed seemed to dip in the middle. The breakfast was alright for a hotel buffet but could have been better. The desk clerks for check in and check out were helpful and polite.

Super friendly check in, helpful front desk staff, convenient shuttle to Mohegan Sun (didn’t use, but still a great feature), clean, quiet, comfortable.

The shuttle although excellent, starts at 4PM. One could easily walk about a mile to the Winter garage of the casino. Great stay here!

The location to the casino made it easy The front desk staff weren’t really helpful and made my experience worrying as the mishandled my payment issues by double charging me for my stay.

Love how close this was to the Mohegan sun. Quick check in process and place was clean We had no hot water in the morning to take a shower even though we let the water run for over 15 minutes. I did call the hotel and was told that being our room was on the opposite side of where the boiler is located that it takes time for the hot water to travel. I ask to be compensated and was also told since I booked with a 3rd party there is nothing they could do.

I was SO impressed with this hotel. Front desk staff were informative, friendly and efficient! Comfy room. Food kiosk was much appreciated!! Close to venue we were visiting and convenient shuttle bus service! We will definitely be back !!! Thank you !
