This was a great place to stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast included in the overnight stay cost was excellent. Room was very well laid out. Only extra thing that would have been useful was a microwave in case you buy the microwavable dinners from the vending machines. Hotel is well-served by Uber eats.

Staff was courteous from the start, room were clean, and water pressure good. Breakfast was good. No complaints.

Fantastic place to stay

I was hoping for a better experience. Booked 5 nights and as soon as we walked in I was ready to check out. Walked in to the front desk people looking miserable. The keys were all scrached up because they obviously reuse them. Walked in to the room to find a huge stain on one of the beds. Had to go downstairs to front desk to have them call housekeeping because the phone in the room was not working. The housekeeping lady very nice came in and apologized, but of course it wasn’t her fault. Towels in the bathroom were clearly not changed because two of them were unfolded. Second time I had to go back downstairs to go ask for new towels. The comforters on the beds release feathers. So of course the rug in the room was full of feathers and we woke up the next morning with feathers all over our clothes and hair. As sion as I walked in the room my daughter dtarted sneezing. The night stand, tv stand and the counter tops all full of dust. The courtesy water bottles near the clock were full of dust as well. Dry dust. Like you can see they dont change them or wipe them down at least. The microwave is also by request. We had to wait until a microwave was available for them to bring one to our room. I have always stayed at other high end hotels where every room has a microwave. I was shocked. The bathroom is so small that your legs touch the door if you are on the toilet. Terrible experience
