The outside is well maintained and well lit, which is nice coming home late at night. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings could be updated a little, orange juice was on the watery side, but otherwise a very good stay.

On my last night there my friends also checked in as we were to depart together in the morning. When we arrive in the lot 2 men from the 2nd and 3rd floor had their gazes locked on us from their windows watching us as we entered the building. Around 1 am myself and my friends heard running, loud banging, and aggressive pacing through our floor on level 2 and above our rooms on level 3 it was continuous, so we called the front desk immediately and were prepared to defend ourselves. The front desk was not helpful and dismissed our concerns, they behaved as if we were making up the situation. They said they checked the 2nd floor and we kept insisting they check the 3rd floor and when we called back they just repeated that nothing was happening on our floor and we asked if they checked floor 3 and they said no. We checked out at 2AM because we did not feel safe. I want a refund for this situation, I paid 800 and this has not been resolved and is not being taken seriously. We called again today and were dismissed

The room was a good size both beds clean and comfortable. The only nitpicky thing was there was sink in the room for use and the electrical plug was places directly behind it. Made washing and using my mini kettle a bit awkward. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, so I would recommend this place for those people looking for an affordable stay this out a lot of fluff.

Everything was good except for no mini fridge. I travel quite a bit and it’s been a long time since booked a room without it having a mini fridge other than that was fine

Smelled, stained bedsheets, people were loud and knocking on my door, breakfast was horrible.

Woman at front desk was not helpful at all upon check in, but the guy who was also there was very nice and thoughtful. Would go back.
