No microwave or refrigerator or coffee maker in room.

No refrigerator or hot water pot in the room.

I was traveling with my mobility service dog and the staff was clearly not happy about him being there. I also noticed a lack of the automatic door buttons in the entrances to the building. It wasn’t the worst stay, however if you are traveling and need accommodation it might not be the best hotel for you to stop at.

I ended up checking out the first night, lost all power and everything was pitch black.. would like a refund of some sort….

Nothing there to write home about. No amenities, nothing.

Very clean room with friendly staff. It is also really close to the casino and has a shuttle that runs every half hour starting at 4pm.

Price was diferent as for booking

For almost $300 per night we definitely hoped for a better experience. There was a dead bug on the bed, it was dirty and smelled terrible. If it wasn’t late when we arrived we would have left.

Great for visiting casino. Clean room with a comfortable bed for a third of the price you pay at the big casinos . It also offers a shuttle on weekends. Breakfast is nothing special, just enough to get you up and out. We stay here often when going to concerts at the casino.

Location was excellent. Very close to everything and five minutes to the casino. Breakfast was awful. Was also disappointed that the shuttle only runs on Friday and Saturday.

Clean and comfortable

In the photo there was a padding and a small pillow by the window. Neither of those were present. I was highly disappointed as I booked a room under false pretenses.

This hotel has a policy of assigning accessible rooms to third party reservations. This was an actual statement by the front desk staff when we asked about the lack of expected amenities in our assigned room, and when we asked about the broken shower. We arrived late and were leaving early, so this lack of promised items was just a minor inconvenience until we discovered that the shower in our sparse room was broken. We were given a very hard time when we requested a usable shower. They asked us to move to another room when our children were already asleep in the first room. They finally let us use a shower in another room only that night, but not in the morning. There were no extra blankets, towels, tissue, or toilet paper provided. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the laundry room was helpful, and temperature control was ok, of noisy, once we figured it out. There was a slight musty smell that permeated the building. It’s not a bad place to stay except that the staff was so very rude. We treated so rudely by the front desk staff that I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay someplace else if you wish to be be comfortable and be treated with respect.

Cheap price The hotel needs work, I have stayed before. But this last stay was disappointing. I got to my room and locked the door. I did not feel safe

BREAKFAST - NOTHING; THERE WERE ISSUES WITH ONE PERSON'S CREDIT CARD AND THE FRONT DESK PERSON STATED TWO FORMS OF PAYMENT COULD NOT BE USED. WHAT THE HECK WAS SHE SUPPOSED TO DO....YOU DO NOT ACCEPT CASH??? ROOM - NO FRIDGE AS STATED ON WEBSITE, AC WOULD GO OFF UNTIL THE ROOM WAS ACTUALLY HOT BEFORE COMING BACK ON. WE REQUESTED A LATE CHECKOUT - THE FRONT DESK PERSON SAID THEY COULD DO IT FOR ONE ROOM BUT NOT THE OTHER.....WHAT IN THE WORLD??? SO THE PERSON DRIVING HAD TO CHECK OUT @ 1100 WHILE THE OTHERS COULD STAY UNTL 1300. THAT MADE NO SENSE AT ALL.

I booked a room on Booking.com and I was put in a handicap room. Check-in was at three. I didn’t check in till 330. The room wasn’t ready.

Price and location There were ants in the room.

I thought the hotel was nice and comfortable for one night. I stayed with my mom so we could enjoy a comedy show at Mohegan Sun. The shuttle service was a nice bonus—Troy, the shuttle driver, was kind and easy to talk with. The front desk staff was also kind and helpful when needed. I thought the breakfast could have had a few more options, but I’m grateful it was provided. Thank you!

Old rundown hotel. Bed was ok, bathroom needed update, peeling wallpaper, rusty door etc. Didn't bother with the so called breakfast. Microwaved egg omelets, no thank you. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. Sounded like people above us were a herd of elephants, loud banging, thumping , voices etc. I called front desk to complain. Noise started around 11:30pm, finally quiet by 1:30 am until 8am.
