Anything Room was nasty

Great location!!! I booked my reservation on booking.com. The teenage receptionist booked me as a walk-in, so she overcharged me for my stay. She also put me in a worse room they had to offer, it's not like they were crowded there was only one car in the parking lot. Here's the kicker, the room reminded me of a scene from Resident Evil that starred Mike Epps and Ashanti. Great movie but by the way. I thought maybe I was being punked on the show with Ashton Kutcher. After I stop laughing I evaluated TIME WARP I was in, clearly these people do not need to own a hotel or manage one. I just wish I would have taken more PHOTOS

This hotel is not worth it in any way.

The service is simply horrible. A front desk employee, wearing glasses and apparently Indian, was extremely rude to me on two occasions, including at checkout. Another staff member had told me I could check out at noon. However, at 11:10 AM they knocked on my door hard, and this employee started speaking in an aggressive and rude tone as if I were committing a crime for being 15 minutes late for checkout. I’ll repeat: just 15 minutes. Her attitude was arrogant, inflexible, and completely unnecessary, especially considering the hotel was practically empty. She clearly doesn’t know how to deal with customers, has no basic understanding of hospitality, and with this kind of behavior, she drives away any chance of guest loyalty. I myself will be back in Atlanta in 10 days and will never stay at this hotel again. And I’m sure many other guests have already made the same decision. This type of treatment is unacceptable. On top of that, this hotel cannot be trusted. I recorded a video of my room before leaving, showing that I left everything perfectly clean and in order, and I will keep checking my credit card statement for several days. If there is any charge from this hotel or any suspicious transaction, I will call the police and file a report against this hotel. Do not stay here. This hotel does not deserve your money, and they have no idea how to treat a guest properly.

The location Room could be more clean the people they have cleaning them do not do a good job at all. Need to get updated pictures on the wall they have old iron board and iron they have a lot of thing that need to be updated
