Quality Inn & Suites Union City - Atlanta South

The room looked like it haven’t been vacuum in a while and was dusty. Asked to change rooms, was told nothing was available. Ask for a refund, refused and said they can go clean the room. I just gave them the keys back.

No breakfast served No wash cloths or hand towels in the room No paper cups No coffee for the single cup maker Too much noise all night at the front door near our room. Half full beer cans in the breakfast area the next morning. No staff on duty from early morning until we left at 8am. We tried to reach a staff member but no one picked up the phone when we called at the desk.

Young thugs with guns hanging in the parking lot and lobby No smoke detector in the room I have pictures to prove this Our socks got dirty walking on the room floor Smelled like hot garbage in the hallways

The photos are all wrong. I sat down on the swivel chair and it was so flimsy it almost snapped in half. There were boogers on the wall. The sheets had holes in them. The pillows are half the size of a normal pillow. The parking lot was full of trash.

Andy was great, traveled with two kids as a single mom and didn’t have an issue.

0/10 would not recommend! Dirty sheets, staff don’t clean the bathrooms, tv didn’t work for 3 days, holes in the wall, trash always left in the hallways by house keeping, pool looked cloudy!!! I could go on and on.

He made us feel at home during our stay at QUALITY Inn. Also his performance and professionalism and personality made all difference to a wonderful time!! Having the indoor pool is a great amenity!! Sadly, the housekeeping staff desperately needs to be retrained or expand their quality of cleaning!!

Nothing It was dirty they were unprofessional n it had roaches in my room

Andy was amazing! He and the entire staff helped us on our stay and were all very hospitable.

The hotel needs to be upgraded and cleaned. More staff. Things were falling apart. Broken doors, leaking toilet water on the floor, holes in the walls and dirty carpets.

I was very furious since that was not mentioned anywhere in the confirmation nor would I have thought of it since I would’ve been able to get onto a shuttle for their other nearby properties without any prior arrangements. I was stuck in the airport as my uber app was not working and cant get a shuttle. So what should have been a cost effective overnight stay, cost me $30 for taxi. When I got to the property, the front desk attendant didn’t seem too bothered about the fact that “shuttle” was misleading and ended up costing me time and money. We just came from Europe at 7:15pm and didnt make it to the hotel until 10:00pm. So I was jet lagged with a young child who really needed sleep. The front desk attendant told me no shuttle is available until 11:00am (my flight was at 10am) and also…when I asked if he could arrange an uber and i even pay, I was told it was not in their service. Wow. So I was in a sticky situation…my uber app doesn’t work, no taxi in the area, no shuttle as promised and no help. Thankfully in the morning, there was a different agent who actually called an uber for us. I was very disappointed if I am honest,

This hotel is definitely trash 🗑. The wife went out and purchased cleaning stuff to clean the room. Make sure you bring your own sheets , linen and extra covers.

The room was cozy and the hot tub was actually very relaxing
