I stayed in 5 minutes in the room and left, how can you recommend such a unhealthy place? I want my money back

Location Very very rude clerk for check in. Would never come back no matter how cheap. It’s a good price and get what you pay for but she is not necessary

The owners are really rude. I spent two nights here. No working microwave, the room smelled like piss. Me and my children were quite the whole time. Once it was time to check out I was waiting on my ride. They told me if I didn’t leave they’ll call the cops on me. Apparently my ride had an emergency which led to me being stranded. I told the guy I was going to be leaving soon, he was nice about it and gave me an hour, but he said after that he’ll have to call the police. I told him that’s fine, I’ll be leaving soon. I still couldn’t find a ride so I tried to book another room and he told me no. So now me and my children are still sitting outside waiting for someone to pick us up. I didn’t say anything rude back because God is on my side

It was quiet and plenty of room for parking. We had tv channels and a good refrigerator/microwave. Plenty of hot water for showers and convenient drive to multiple destinations near Atlanta. The A/C worked great for the weather. Needs everything updated and properly cleaned or replaced. Stains/wholes were everywhere (mainly the bedding) and things were either broken down, not working or smelled of cigarettes. Wifi connection didn't work and toiletries were minimal. One of the locks on the door was completely broken yet they have "new" cameras around the property.

I do not believe this hotel should even be on the list for options of any web site! Tv & refrigerator did not work- you had to kick the door to get it open. The bed sheets had stains and burn holes in them. The shower had soap from the last guest sitting on the ledge and the lotion bottle at the sink was 3/4 gone! Gross gross gross!! Never again! I trusted Hotels .com on this one and I was charged $95!!!!

The heater didn't work in the room, we had to turn off the heater because it was making the room the same temp as outside 32 degrees. One of us was so cold that they slept in the car with it running. There were blood stains on the pillowcases and sheets. The shower was full of black mold. There were only pillows for one bed and no towels in the room. The tank on the toilet was falling off. Shall I go on, ice machine was out of order. There were cigarette burns in and on everything.

I like the price. But I see why it’s so cheap They really need to deep clean. The first room she gave me. The lock was broke. Then gone ask did I touch the bed. Mrs. Please don’t put anyone in that room. Saying she don’t have anymore room when she did find one. The ac unit is slightly off the wall. Bathroom smells like urine. Bed sheets was not clean. Rags was dull and dirty looking.

The location is amazing. The room smelled like smoke, the sheets were filthy, the blankets were filthy, the floor was not cleaned, the sheets had blood on them, the tub had balls of hair in the clogger. The couch was saturated in filth. I asked for a new room due to the smell and I had children with me. Staff stated no rooms would be available til Monday or Tuesday. So we checked out.

Towels were dirty, sheets had stains and cigarette burns on them, toilet moves when you sit on it, shower was extremely dirty! No access to wifi, no toilet paper and the floor needed some mopping. Very disappointing.
