Cambria Hotel Akron - Canton Airport

The sink in the bathroom took about 2 hours to drain as though it was clogged but the only thing that we put in the sink was water. The grout in the shower looked like it was dirty and the floor of the shower also looked dirty. We didn't use the shower. The noise was awful, sounded like there was a gymnastic meet above us and the kids yelling in the hall at 2 and 3 am was unreal. The room was fine and the staff at the counter were wonderful, polite, kind and helpful with directions. We would stay again if it was for one night but not sure if we would stay longer due the condition of the shower.

It was nice, clean and really big rooms

It is comfortable specially the beds and the pillows, are amazing, the air conditioning is very good, the water pressure in the shower is very good, everything was good. The only thing that i would like to be improved is the cleaning in the shower, is not 100% clean, is not bad but can be better, also that should have bottles of water in the room, but there wasn’t, and it should include the breakfast for the price but is not.

I was in the area for doctors appointment. I requested an early check in but was denied. I reserved two king beds and received one king bed. I requested a refund or discount and never received anything. I will not stay here again. Unable to check in early and didn’t get the room I reserved

First time i stayed at a Cambria Hotel was excellent. Great rooms clean and awesome staff. Would stay at one again in a heartbeat

Super clean room. Breakfast has a $13 fee Did not indulge. The lobby is beautiful and the bar was usually busy. Beds were great. Worth a stay.

There were several items that were not at the level they should've been: a/c controls did not work and the system was very noisy; the mattresses were old and sagging or indented; breakfast hours were not honored; fitness room needs attention

Room was clean and beds were comfy. First arrived, had to move rooms, AC didn't work. Bedtime had a hardwire getting ahold of front desk for extra pillows & blankets for pull out couch. Pillows on couch were ripped. Pool and hot over chlorinated, couldn't even see you feet in the pool but also dirty. Hair floating everywhere, appeared someone threw up in hotub and was never checked or cleaned up. Hot tub was luke warm, heated pool was freezing. It a Choice Hotel so I expected a continental breakfast, even had a area set up for continental breakfast but then came to find they charged high prices for breakfast, and even charged for coffee in the lobby per cup and only got 1 kurig cup per room for free. Expected better quality amenities for $260 a night.
