The pool and hot tub were gross. Room was decent but dated.

There was no breakfast offered even for pay. When I booked it seemed there was a breakfast buffet option but that wasn’t our experience. Also no restaurant There was a bar open limited hours. No info was provided at check in about amenities or services. Bare minimum for any hotel stay I’ve had. The road noise from the freeway was awful. The staff was nice. Although there was one manager that talked to his employees very loud when they weren’t more than a couple feet away.

The room was spacious, updated, clean, with newer bathroom. Excellent climate control. Thick, comfortable, supportive mattress.

Everything was great but the windows only had a white drape and no darkening shades so it was so bright all night long. Hard to sleep when it is so bright!

First the positives: the front desk people were nice, the room was clean, and the bed was ok. The room was set up weird. No place to really get ready with a mirror. The sink in the bathroom barely had room for a curling iron and the outlet didn’t work. There was also mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The so called restaurant is mostly a bar and if you sit in the wrong place, you are ignored.

All the staff were wonderful & helpful! Will definitely book again!

We stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. I’m trying to not sound prejudice but the property is under new Indian ownership and has gone downhill severely. All the furniture in the lobby was so stained and dirty you didn’t want to sit in any of the chairs or couches. Lot of burned out lights in the lobby, only one elevator worked. The bar didn’t have any beers on tap like they did before, I ordered a Gin & Tonic and requested a lime as well. The bartender didn’t want to give me one and wanted to save them for the corona beers because they ran out of limes. The floor in our room was filthy we had to wear socks and they were black on the bottom from the carpeting! The bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling and the floor was slick as hell from whatever “cleaner” they used. Just walking into the bathroom would leave dirty tracks on the tile floor. We were there for 3 nights, room was only cleaned once even though I asked the maid to please clean our room and provide new towels and empty our trash. I had to grab towels off their cart, plastic cups, coffee & toilet paper. The Indian guy at the front desk was rude when we checked in even though he let 4 people in front of us check in early, he told me check isn’t till 4 and come back. This was at 2 pm!! Place has gone downhill under new ownership!!!! Pathetic!!!

This is the second Cambria I’ve stayed at and again was a fantastic stay.

The hotel was nicely decorated. The room was clean, staff was accommodating. We did have to go downstairs and retrieve a set of sheets for the sofa bed in our room. Also there were no bellhops available, but overall we had a nice stay.
-
Never in my life have I complained. It was a dump. So many things wrong could write an essay. Besides everything wrong. Not working, left our room ajar after coming in to give new towels.
-
Great place to stay super comfy beds and very clean facilities.
-
Breakfast was terrible. 9.95 a person for cold eggs, hash browns and sausage so bad my kid had to spit it out. Then up-charging for more breakfast items. Then there was nothing to scope food out of trays. Was told to go to ihop instead by staff.

At first glance we were happy with the hotel. However, when we took the kids to the pool we saw clumps of hair on the ground and in the pool. We figured it was just from some kiddos. However, when we got to our room and looked there was more hair in the sheets when we pulled them back, and on the pull sofa bed we saw white stains on the couch. The mattress on the sofa bed was also straight springs and not sleepable. I will say the person at the front desk felt horrible and was very polite.
