Breakfast was terrible. 9.95 a person for cold eggs, hash browns and sausage so bad my kid had to spit it out. Then up-charging for more breakfast items. Then there was nothing to scope food out of trays. Was told to go to ihop instead by staff.

The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful.

Staff was very helpful and kind. It was very clean and quiet!

It had double king beds in a room. The pool area was unclean, with dirty, sticky tables surrounding it. The housekeeper never came to clean our room during our five-day stay, and the staff explained she was ill. According to the hotel rules, they will send housekeeping in after 3 days. I had to request a trash bag and clean towels after the 3rd day. They only serve buffet style breakfast if 80% occupied. Otherwise there is a sign on the bar indicating they can make you a breakfast. To find out it was the person behind the desk checking people in was the person. One morning, the breakfast had been completely wiped out by the time I arrived, with no staff around to replenish it, so we went out to eat instead. We had dinner there once, but several menu items were unavailable. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich that was overly salty—no idea what happened there. Awful. My family’s room had terrible water pressure in the shower; when we asked staff to check it, they simply turned the dial on the shower head. That was their solution, but the water pressure remained a trickle.

One location for bar, hotel and resturant! Parking … some of it is gravel for the price it should be pavement
-
Room was spacious and had many amenities very convenient location
-
Beautiful overall look of hotel! And location Pool was dirty, cloudy, hair wads, plastic wrappers in the pool, headboards had dust that fell on pillows.
-
Clean room, clean building We should have been compasated for our room not being ready due to the telephone and internet problem.

At first glance we were happy with the hotel. However, when we took the kids to the pool we saw clumps of hair on the ground and in the pool. We figured it was just from some kiddos. However, when we got to our room and looked there was more hair in the sheets when we pulled them back, and on the pull sofa bed we saw white stains on the couch. The mattress on the sofa bed was also straight springs and not sleepable. I will say the person at the front desk felt horrible and was very polite.

The owner Raj was rude, room had a smell that was unpleasant, furniture was stained, ice machine was broken, facilities overall were run down and not maintained properly. Left 2 days early and will never return or recommend

Bar access, outside sitting and setup , clean pool and hot tub For.a indoor pool.. it was really cold
-
Clean, but bed wasn’t comfortable and noise from the floor above us and hallway made it difficult to sleep.

Nice central location, easy to get to all locations and points. Staff responsive, professional and helpful. Room was a little dated and showed wear. Broken desk chair and cap off light switch (that almost caused a cut on finger when fumbling for lights in the dark) were first things noticed upon entry. Shower grout was dirty and shower gel pump was empty indicating the bathroom may have been neglected. Older/worn mixed matched towels were provided. Good stay overall. Perhaps the oldest / most dated Cambria I have stayed at - previous locations have all been brand new(within 2 years of opening) . Appreciated all the good things about the hotel without dwelling on the few details that momentarily caused me to question my selection. Presented concerns to attendent at front desk and he attentively took notes and apologized which was gracious of him.

My room wasn’t near as clean as I thought it would be. There were lrg stains on the chair. Flooring needed to be swept, but overall it was a relatively quiet place to sleep for one night.
-
Found hair from previous person on mattress. Shower knob just spinning didn’t turn on and off
-
The pool was not bigger than a big tub. Only 12 people max. The room sufficed but was not as I expected based on the pictures online.
-
The room was dirty hair everywhere stains all over towels and bed. 1st rm was super dirty swit h us to another room that was was even worst and the last one was decent but not as dirty and stained as 1st two. Pool was dirty terrible place would never book again

My family was able to have 2 king size beds in one room. For a family of four with parents and children to worked out well. We never saw a housekeeper during our stay and had to request clean towels and a bag for our trash. The hotel explained the housekeeper was ill. The buffet only operates if the hotel is at 80% occupancy, and when it was available, it was picked over and never restocked. You could order from a menu, but the front desk clerk had to go into the kitchen to make breakfast, which raised concerns about trained personnel handling food. When we ordered dinner, some menu items were unavailable, and the grilled sandwich we did get was overly salty. The pool area tables and chairs needed cleaning, with crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. The fridge in the room had a broken tray inside, and the coffee Keurig cups were never replenished. The front desk even tried to charge us for a few replacements. Lastly, the shower head in room 128 had no water pressure. I asked on behalf of my family, and they sent a maintenance man who adjusted the shower head settings. Pathetic. Still, there was no water pressure.
-
Room was not very clean, outdated, pool and hot tub are very small and can feel very overcrowded. Chemicals were excessive with chlorine burning our eyes just sitting by the pool. Patio is a nice option.
-
Overall rating is just ok. Our drain in the shower drained slow so we were standing in water during our showers. The beds had hair in them and stains on mattress protectors. I wouldn’t stay again.
