Comfort Inn & Suites Akron South

The breakfast was excellent !!

For the price this was a great place. The beds initially felt hard, but were actually very comfortable (I have a top end mattress at home). Room & common areas were clean. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside, we were on the 2nd floor and could hear those in the room above walking around.

We liked the location (easy on/off) and the breafast was fine. The place is run down and needs total updating. Stayed two separate nights. First night our room was located right in front of the elevators so we had constant noise up until about midnight. Also the people next to us were quite loud so we complained and I think they were contacted as the voices quieted down but the TV blasted well into the night. I had to turn on the AC unit to drown out the noise and it was super noisy. The place does not offer any toiletries except for wall units of soap and lotion and 2 small bars of soap. Carpet was worn and stained and anything we had to touch was sticky.

Quick stay but all was great

Very clean room, comfortable bed, very nice and helpful staff and very good free breakfast. Will definitely stay there on future trips.

The pool was smaller than expected which was the only downside of the property. The room was clean and the entire hotel smelled amazing. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was very good!

It was overall a good stay!

Breakfast was excellent with many options including hot food choices.

The breakfast lady was very helpful. Breakfast hot food was good and having pre-made waffles was genius.

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast Very loud. We couldn't sit outside. There were people drinking alcohol w children in and out of the pool. Hallway lobby floors were all wet. Way too many people being rude. Looks like they're was a pool party. We couldn't enjoy the pool. Never again!

Very good

Overall a very good stay. Staff was amazing, from drone seal to housekeeping! Bet hospitable. Will return and recommend.

Exceptional

The staff was polite and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet at night. The location conveniently located to our destination. The breakfast was very good as well !
