Room good staff good. Braeakfast good parking good

The room was clean, but the contract for the cable had run out so no TV shows. The room keys didn’t work since we arrived. Had to get clerk to use master key all 3 nights. The breakfast was not that great, went elsewhere. It was far off the road and had to drive away to get anywhere. Not a place I will stay again.

It was amazing clean room staff was very helpful and very friendly they greeted you with a pleasant smile and informed you on things that will help you breakfast was amazing staff during the breakfast was very friendly and enjoyable as they assisted you

Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going.

Very clean and great staff. Close to freeway but you don't hear it.

I want my room cleaned everyday of my stay period.

Everything was very good. The staff was courteous and helpful which is important for a positive experience and "comfort", No issues or complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

They couldn’t check me into the room that I’d reserved because they had overbooked. Once in the room I used the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush so my room smelled like feces. I informed the night person that my toilet didn’t flush and they made no attempt to fix it

The fridge in the room was loud and did not work well. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent staff!

Nothing really Mold in shower head, bathtub, cum stains on head board, couldn’t check in at 3:00 pm. Other guests were checked in after me, but I had to wait 2-3 hours after 3 pm to check in

I checked in around midnight with my family and the staff was superb, friendly and welcoming.

Staff was great. When we arrived my 3 rooms was not ready until 3 hours later.

Well, let me start by the good stuff. The breakfast was good. The room had stains in the carpet that I had to go out and buy me some house shoes cause the carpet were too dirty to walk on ,,the air conditioner made a rattling noise. I thought it was about to cut off and at 9 o’clock in the morning when checkout is at 12 our key card stopped working and the TV shut off. pretty much they were trying to put us out before our time I have never seen any place ever do that I have pictures, but I don’t see where I can upload them so I guess I will go on their page to upload them I will never stay at this place again. It is a dump. It looks like it should be charging by the hour.

Also was worried when I came in and saw dozens of young boys for a baseball game thinking they might be loud and obnoxious through the halls, but they didn't make a peep and/or the hotel walls did a great job keeping out the noise and I slept great!

Friendly staff, simple check in/out, comfortable bed, good temp in room Hair in shower, sink, and bathroom floor when we arrived.

Clean room, decent breakfast

Room was well appointed. Amenities such as free breakfast and coffee bar was nice. One drawback was there was no daily room care.
