Once you walk in the main door it smells like straight cigarettes. The elevator also smell like cigarettes and the next morning it smell like weed. We got our room key went up to the room to check it out and it smell like cigarettes mind you it had a non smoking sign on the door to the room. They put a o zone machine in their and came back 20 minutes later still smell bad don’t recommend this place not $178 dollars.

Everything in the fitness center was broken, the bathroom and shower was dated and dirty.

Very run down and old. Dirty.

The breakfast was horrible! The juice was severely watered down. There was nothing available but stale cereal and waffles which was nasty as well.

I returned to the desk and said this was the worst hotel I had ever seen. I said we would not stay there. The manager ordered the clerk to give us a full refund, which we have not received. I have filed a credit card dispute with my bank.

Upon arrival I noticed the driveway and parking lot was full of deep potholes and the curtains in the windows were torn and half hanging down. I chose to ask to see the room prior to check-in. I was shown 2 rooms that had filthy bathrooms and an awful stale, smokey smell. I told the clerk that I would not be checking in. She told me that I would be charged for that night as the cancellation was made after 4:00pm. I agreed to those terms. I find that my credit card was charged for the entire 3 night stay. When I asked about the charges, I was told that it needed to be canceled within 72 hours. The policy on the confirmation clearly states that cancellations made after 4 pm will be charged for that night plus taxes, etc. The charge is now being disputed with my credit card company. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Staff and Motel were great. The ICE agent, however, was an unexpected addition to the staff. I thought he was a security guard as he acted as if he was. I applaud him for his vigilance but I would have been more comfortable without a federal agent scrutinizing my every move. It was a packed house and the counter staff was very fast and accommodating.

I wanted to give this 2.5 stars originally until there wasn't a working ice machine. It was understandable, based on the price of the stay, that this wasn't going to be 5-star accommodations BUT there were some obvious things that could have brought this up to a 3 star just on attention to detail alone. The parking lot is in dire need of being resurfaced and had me nervous before I got out of my truck. The hallway walls looked like a 16 y/o kid was hired to paint them. Bathtubs were pretty stained and if it had a cushion, it likely hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Very obvious upon inspection. The breakfast was cold, but the photo online showed hard boiled eggs at least but were not available. I overheard someone at the front desk use covid as the excuse for their current breakfast status which needs to stop being used as a go-to excuse. It's been six years. All in all, yes, I would stay here again but with a very clear understanding that I am getting what I am paying for and there was nothing else available for the same price. The place did look really nice lit up at night from across the Walmart parking lot, so it has potential to be better than it currently is.

Staff is unfriendly

Room was trifling! Look like they didn’t clean anything, trash behind the tv stand. It literally look like they changed a trash bag and that’s it! We didn’t even have a full roll of tissue! I wouldn’t definitely NEVER recommend!

Overall, for a hole in the wall hotel it gave me a place to sleep for a few days, but there was a lot of problems. Sink not working correctly, water damage all over the bathroom ceiling, and black mold in the handle of the shower. Staff was really nice but other then that, wouldn't recommend unless you have too.

the Lady made me wait a half hour before she checked me in I had a friend with me and she was waiting for her brother to come get her and the staff lied and said they knew her I gave her maiden name and they said immediately she was banned from property and I asked to see her name on this fictional list they never consulted but my friend was not on a list she had never been to this hotel and they still have not refunded my deposit probably because told them I planned to complain I will really have to be desperate to visit this hotel again thumbs down folks

Amanda (hopefully I remembered her name right) at the front desk was really wonderful. Shoutout to her. My first room unfortunately wasn’t clean and she moved me to a new one. Overall decent place to stay especially if you’re just looking for somewhere to shower and sleep. the mildew smell in my room was pretty strong and kind of bothered me though. I was just looking for somewhere that wasn’t too expensive. AC and shower both worked really well. Hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was good. I’m not too picky when it comes to hotels but I think housekeeping is the main issue here. Otherwise everything was fine

They charge your card if you check in after 4pm which is ridiculous. The breakfast is lacking, coffee didn't work, juice was out. Room door was stuck shut and had to replace our key cards each day. The lights in the room didn't work.

Beds were not comfortable. Hotel smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast is just fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. Dryer broken. Toilet in room was low and wobbly and every outlet except the ones in the lamps, refused to hold any of the 5 chargers we brought. I had to charge a phone in the bathroom and even those outlets were loose. Oh, and we had to plug the coffee maker into a lamp in order to use it. And security is a man dressed in an ICE FORCE uniform. The only bright spot was the overnight desk clerk Ashley. She was awesome. The older lady didn't seem to be able to answer most of my questions. We ended our stay a day early and she didn't know how to cancel the last night. Hoping whatever she put into the computer actually canceled it and I don't get charged.

I will never stay here again. With reservation, at 11:00 pm we waited 1/2 hour to check in. Then our non-smoking room was hot and smelled like smoke so bad. Headaches and couldn’t sleep it was that bad. Horrible. Do not recommend.

The give you one dingy bar of soap to wash your body with and then only run breakfast 6-9AM on the weekend. Which is crazy! McDoanlds runs breakfast to 10:30/11. The woman working at the desk was higher than a kite and gossiping loudly with an ICE agent about his wife. This place is run down, outdated, and unprofessional!

First off, the room smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in. We could feel the springs in the bed. The room was gloomy (Too dark). The tub, which was suppose to be white, was brown. The toilet was not level. The carpet was disgusting. The tile in the bathroom was slippery. Not a very good selection for breakfast. ( We ended up going to McDonalds). Coffee machine in the lobby was out of order.
