Smelled like weed and cigarettes The bed was comfy , The staff was great

Clean room. Had some trouble with electronic room key which staff fixed promptly. TV was difficult to operate/identify channels. Did not use facility amenities.

The staff was very helpful. My room was clean and well kept. I was in a smoking room because that's all that was available. The room smelled okay, but the hallway smelled like a dirty ashtray, as did the elevator. Smoke eaters in those areas would do wonders. Also, everybody smoked in front of the main entrance, so walking in, you had to navigate your way through a cloud of smoke to just get inside. Aside from that, the hotel was well located, maintain well, and the staff was fantastic

The hotel was dingy and smelled awful of cigarettes. That was nothing though compared to the horrible front desk expierence. Ive never been treated so terrible at any place...ever...stay far away

The room was not cleaned, the bathroom was outdated and very used, the tv was little and the mattrace was terrible. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

You wont find a more comfortable, clean , bed.. The staff is beyond Hospitable..

It’s okay if you need a cheap place to stay with smoking this is the place for you

Hotel was in fair condition. Staff of friendly and helpful. Rooms was decent but the bathroom in my room was less than great tub was still dirty and had some kind of stuck on grime in on tub drain. The room itself was in good condition.

You get what you pay for I suppose, but the room was dirty (dead bugs in the bathroom), in disrepair (mirror hanging off the wall, multiple clear patches made in ceiling and walls.), and the blankets were inadequate. The check in staff was friendly, but on check out when we mentioned the uncleanliness, not a single word of apology, question asking for more information, or any response whatsoever was made. Breakfast was really just scraping by. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Pay $15 extra bucks for something a little more clean at a minimum.

I made the reservation and immediately called to cancel. I made it for the wrong date and location and the staff person who answered the phone was not friendly or helpful at all. I would like a refund.

Get rid of the old lady Virginia. She is rude, not helpful and no one there likes her.

I can't call it dirty, more like unmaintained. The place was BEAT. It looked like it was very nice at one time, but years of use and neglect and no maintenance have left it in a blighted state. Thankfully the beds were clean! We had read the reviews, so we came prepared with cleaning supplies. Our room had this unidentifiable odor, made worse by the AC system not being able to take the humidity out of the room. The brightest part of our stay was Virginia, who worked behind the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful.

Once you walk in the main door it smells like straight cigarettes. The elevator also smell like cigarettes and the next morning it smell like weed. We got our room key went up to the room to check it out and it smell like cigarettes mind you it had a non smoking sign on the door to the room. They put a o zone machine in their and came back 20 minutes later still smell bad don’t recommend this place not $178 dollars.

Everything in the fitness center was broken, the bathroom and shower was dated and dirty.

The breakfast was horrible! The juice was severely watered down. There was nothing available but stale cereal and waffles which was nasty as well.
