I liked the availability that there was for our last minute booking. It was close to a lot of places nearby including some fast food areas. I really enjoyed being on the first floor, made packing and unpacking very easy! Very quiet too. When the room next to us was unlocking their door, it almost sounded like it was our door. But thats not a make or break thing, it was perfectly fine once we realized what it was!

The night front desk staff were a hoot. Monique and her neighbor (older lady I can't remember her name) I really enjoyed their energy. They were very nice and helpful. The microwave in 112 needs looked at, it turns on but doesn't heat.

The breakfast was very good and eating area had a good varied combination of upholstered chairs and regular tables. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There were board games you could check out. Staff had decorated the lobby area for Halloween!

The staff was extraordinarily nice, polite, and friendly, making us feel welcome right away. A special mention has to go to the breakfast buffet—it was excellent! The coffee was great, and those hot cinnamon buns were super good. I especially loved the quesadilla-shaped eggs with cheese! My grandson and I only stayed for a day and a half, but I genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. Even with a short visit, the experience was so impressive that I just had to leave a review. We will definitely be back!

Shortly after 11 it got somewhat quieter. Short lived. At around one we heard a familiar young man’s voice yelling,”Everyone up!” The TVs were turned up loud and the partying continued. Our room was not that far from the front desk and the awful language and loud noise continued for another hour and a half. Where were the coaches? Where was management? You don’t put a football team next to other guests. We generally stay at Hilton or Holiday Inn. We definitely don’t recommend this Holiday Inn. Pay a few bucks more and go to Hilton.

Very nice, clean, accessible parking, restaurants within a minutes walk, nice staff, and great breakfast.

They didnt clean my room everyday and I was there for a week. Two days my bed wasnt even made. Two days I didnt get new rags and towels while I was there. I personally wiped off the window that look like it was never cleaned and there was bread crumbs in the little chair by the bed near the window. I will never stay there again.

Pet fee was excessive, this need to be posted on your listings. The pet fee was over 30% of room rate, $50

The property in general was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast needs improvement.
