Is cleanliness and friendly staff I can’t think of anything

My husband and I went there for our anniversary..the stay was good except the TV wouldn't work..we told the front desk and some one was supposed to come up they never did..

The only issue I experienced was that the hotel’s laundry facilities were out of order. Because of this, I had to drive about four miles to a local laundromat to wash and dry my clothes. Hopefully, the hotel will have the laundry facilities repaired soon, as having that convenience available would make the stay even better. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and appreciated the cleanliness, helpful staff, free breakfast, and parking.

Even though, I was given a confirmation for a room with a walk-in shower, upon entering the room after check-in, we were given a room without a walk-in shower. I was not notified of the change nor was I told at check-in. So, thinking we were given the wrong room, I went back down to the lobby and asked. It was then I was told there was a problem with the room we had reserved and placed us in a different room.

Good plant and maintenance but when we checked out we discovered we were charged $153 as a PET FEE! The final bill was over $350!!!! Our dog is a 5 pound Yorkie so this fee seemed to be a mistake and I would like to contact the hotel because we never would have booked a hotel with a pet policy this exorbitant. Hopefully you can bring this to the hotel's attention.

Clean and convenient Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Took 15 min extra

Here for one night after a long day of travel. Beds were super comfortable and we all slept great. Very convenient location to food and shopping.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was spotless and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay there again next time we’re in the area.

The environment was clean and quiet. The breakfast offered a variety of options.

Perfect place for our HOF weekend trip. Great staff from Nathan at the front desk to Sherrie manning the breakfast area. Friendly and very efficient. Would definitely stay here in return trips.
