My family and I felt very comfortable and at home staying in your facilities. Star made it even more welcoming by recognizing my face and remembering my name from my last visit almost two months ago. She even provided a wheelchair to get my impaired aunt up to her room. If we are ever in the area again and we will definitely be back.

Great stay, helpful staff, full kitchen in room, good choices at breakfast, well maintained. Elevator issue but staff informed immediately & never had to wait more than 1 minute for the elevator. Everyone was friendly& helpful.

Even though there were a few hiccups with our first room and our subsequent room the staff were so very professional welcoming and friendly. It was nice having a little kitchen and made our visit enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff.

The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room.

Some staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Easy location to get to. Lots of local restaurants around. Fewer pillows and towel given than we had people for the reservation. We asked for more pillows and were told they didn’t have any extras; we could only have one more. Breakfast had rotten fruit and expired yogurt. No waffles. Pool area looked clean but the bathroom hadn’t been looked at in a LONG time.

When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!
