Very dirty, staff nor helpful at all, joke of a continental breakfast, reeked of pot

If you want a clean nice room do not go here. It was dirty from the time you walk in the rooms are disgusting and everything looks like it's been used for used and never cleaned. Absolutely a rip off do not waste money there.

The only good thing about the place was the pool! Not clean!!! The sink in our room was clogged. their top blankets on the bed had holes in them. Dusty room the halls smelled bad! And at breakfast they had barely anything out and everything seemed sticky!! I will never stay there again!!!

My Beds had blood spots on them a few spots on the wall with some sticky substances. Front desk was rude and made I had three kids and someone also had a kid there that was my kids friend and they was not trying to let them swim because 2 parents are limited to amount of kids they have in the hotel.

The property is old, which wasn't the issue but overall the property was not very clean, the breakfast area is so small you cannot really move around I chose to eat off of the property. My room had what i presume was white dog hair, the air conditioner was filthy the curtains were broken and torn, the blankets on the bed had cigarette burns all over it.... The manager was nice but they didn't have a very private check in because they are in the lounge area as well. I was very disappointed with the stay

Dirty facility, very smelly in common areas. Room smelled like cigarettes even though non-smoking. Towels had stains. Housekeeping did not come two of the days, no clean towels, no trash pick up. Mattress needs replaced and pillows also. Curtains had sun damage to the point of having holes in them. Refrigerator froze our food. Would not recommend.

The only thing I like was how close the hotel was to the track. The hotel itself was dirty, the pool was closed for maintenance 3 of the 4 days we were there.the comforter and blanket had cigarette burns in it. The bathroom tiles were cracked and scratched your feet.there were holes in multiple walls and the front desk staff was MIA whenever I went down. They charged me more than what the reservation was and charged a $50 security deposit that was not mentioned at any point during the reservation. There "breakfast bar" was a giant cereal dispenser with stale cereal and a waffle maker that was dirty and sticky we skipped that. The room looked nothing like the online photos. There was constant parties in the parking lot with kids and adults throwing stuff around and leaving trash everywhere and no one cleaning anything up and no staff anywhere.

The linen was dirty, switched rooms and was still dirty in the new room. Cigarette burns all over the comforters. The room smelled but the odor seemed to be masked with some type of men’s cologne. The ac leaked water all over the floor. The remote to the tv was dirty and sticky. Overall the room felt unclean. The breakfast was minimal but decent. Did not use the pool due to feeling as if it was not clean.

Air didn’t work very great and was so hot even at checkout.

It’s in a convenient area with lots of restaurants and gas stations very close. Overall not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights if you’re busy with a trip or sporting events.

I would never stay at another hotel 8 never experience I had here was worse I've ever experienced took a shower the water was very lukewarm got to go breakfast at 9:38 found out it was over at 9:30 wish I didn't tell us what time breakfast started or ended tell me that the waffles was all gone mess didn't know how to put a $50 security deposit down to get out of my bill money you pay the security deposit after I already booked the room and paid for in advance I had to take $50 out of my bill money and finding out at checkout time I wouldn't receive that $50 back into my bank account 67 business days this should have been all informed to me when I made the reservation I went to the hotel with myself and made the reservation person to person then get there and the reason why me and my son went he's a double amputee and he wanted to get in the hot tub wish it was down no water in it it was down so the purpose of us going to enjoy and relax was way the opposite

Air conditioner don’t blow very well hotel not worth the price the only thing that’s great about it is they have a pool.

It is in need of updates or at least updated curtains, carpets and bedding. The continental breakfast area was unattended and a mess. We didn't eat there. We would not stay there again.

Air conditioning was good. Staff did not care about any of our needs. But most importantly the room was in very poor condition- bedding had cigarette burns, dressers were dirty, bathroom had marks and cracks on the tub and sink. Walls and doors had holes and marks everywhere. Will not stay at one of these hotels again. I’m shocked that Wyndom has their name on this hotel.
