Super 8 by Wyndham Akron S/Green/Uniontown OH

It’s in a convenient area with lots of restaurants and gas stations very close. Overall not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights if you’re busy with a trip or sporting events.

I would never stay at another hotel 8 never experience I had here was worse I've ever experienced took a shower the water was very lukewarm got to go breakfast at 9:38 found out it was over at 9:30 wish I didn't tell us what time breakfast started or ended tell me that the waffles was all gone mess didn't know how to put a $50 security deposit down to get out of my bill money you pay the security deposit after I already booked the room and paid for in advance I had to take $50 out of my bill money and finding out at checkout time I wouldn't receive that $50 back into my bank account 67 business days this should have been all informed to me when I made the reservation I went to the hotel with myself and made the reservation person to person then get there and the reason why me and my son went he's a double amputee and he wanted to get in the hot tub wish it was down no water in it it was down so the purpose of us going to enjoy and relax was way the opposite

Air conditioner don’t blow very well hotel not worth the price the only thing that’s great about it is they have a pool.

It is in need of updates or at least updated curtains, carpets and bedding. The continental breakfast area was unattended and a mess. We didn't eat there. We would not stay there again.

Air conditioning was good. Staff did not care about any of our needs. But most importantly the room was in very poor condition- bedding had cigarette burns, dressers were dirty, bathroom had marks and cracks on the tub and sink. Walls and doors had holes and marks everywhere. Will not stay at one of these hotels again. I’m shocked that Wyndom has their name on this hotel.

Oh and the utensils at the breakfast bar had to be the CHEAPEST that could be bought. As a place to sleep it was ok but otherwise not so much

The room was clean the beds were comfy. The lamp didn't work we had to use the bathroom lights not enough towels in the room. Bathtub was stained. The pool was closed and not mentioned on the web sight

The staff was unhelpful, and we booked a non-smoking room, we encountered cigarette burns on the bedsheets throughout our entire weekend stay, and the staff failed to address this issue. Additionally, towels were not replenished, and our room was never serviced during our stay. Breakfast only included a machine for orange juice and a small selection of bread. Inadequate staffing and shortages of towels and pillows. Additionally, The facility does not have air conditioning and has a strong odor smell.

The room was dirty sheets were stained and had hair in my bed. Took 15 minutes to get checked in. Drawers were dirty as well. Could only have cereal for breakfast because the waffle dispenser for the batter was broken they only offered that bread to make toast with no butter or jelly , yogurt, and a few fruit fruits.

Bed sheets were clean Curtains were very worn furnation was old and very dirty was very disappointing

It was very close to work. I did the pre check in online & then I had to do all of it again when I got there. There was no number by the door of the room I was given. One of the beds didn't have pillows on it. There were no bath towels & no bath mat. One of the hand towels was dirty. There was not a liner in the trash can. The floor hadn't been swept. There was black paint on the mirror.

I felt welcomed by them specifically and didn't meet them a day in my life. Na

We did not stay at this hotel due to the fact when we got there the lady at the front desk stated that our dogs had to be under 40lbs and when walking in the door smelled like mothballs one of the people that was staying there came out and said her room was dirty and I got refund and went to a nicer hotel! Will never recommend this hotel to anyone
