A/c in the room does not cool down the room down and hallways going to your room are super hot also the beds are super uncomfortable for the price you pay @ $500 a night with fees not worth it

Overall this is an excellent place to stay if you’re going to Universal Studios & the shuttle to the park is very convenient. However, there were a few small issues with our stay. First, the WiFi info wasn’t immediately provided and when I tried to log in it only gave options for Marriot Bon Voy members or a link to sign up to be a member. I didn’t want to sign up for any membership, I just wanted WiFi access. I contacted hotel staff and was told that I could use the computer in the lobby (not helpful!) and then they explained you actually have to click on the link that appears to be for members. Very misleading, and the whole things seems set up to trick you into signing up to be a member. My second complaint was the general cleanliness of the bathroom, which had leftover green soap/shampoo residue in the shower from the previous guest and dirty mirrors on the door. Also, although staff repeatedly texted me asking if I needed anything they didn’t actually help much when I needed it. For example, my daughter cut her feet on carpet tacks sticking up from the carpeting and staff texted me that it would be fixed while we were out. When we returned to the room it was not fixed and I ended up cutting my own feet on the same carpet tacks. So they text you a lot to seem helpful but don’t actually fix the issues you report. Lastly, the bathroom near the restaurant smelled horrid and had no toilet paper. This hotel needs better maintenance and staff training but it is a great location

Stayed in Lanai rooms, there's nothing premium to it the room is small and poorly designed, stains in the wall are everywhere

There was no body soap in my shower. I count on that and I had to use the hand soap that was on the counter.

We like the place since it was close to the Universal Studios Theme Park. The room was clean and staff are friendly. We didn’t like was there was no microwave in our room. Thank you

The rooms were okay a bit small. The outside area was a nice place to hang out after a long day, but the pool was small for the amount of people. Late night down at the lounge was relaxing and quiet. Be aware of hidden fees and additional service charges. The staff was nice and courtious
