The shuttle was the best! It ran every ten minutes and it made it so simple. Staff was very friendly.

Would not stay there again.

Hilton is a tall hotel near universal. There was a pool and hot tub that closed at midnight. There were many ballrooms with events everyday. There were some kids at the hotel but more adults. There were many fancy dressed up people walking around. Every day, there are shuttles that take you to Universal studios. The rooms were clean with a big window and a tv. I would give the hotel a 4 star.

The biggest issue was check-in. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 p.m., and the time kept getting pushed back twice. We were traveling with an exhausted toddler, so waiting until almost 5:00 p.m. to finally get into our room was frustrating. We had planned to spend that time at the parks, so losing almost an hour of our evening wasn’t ideal. To the hotel’s credit, they made it right by providing complimentary breakfast for our entire stay, which we appreciated. Later that evening, after moving our car from the Universal Studios parking garage to the hotel, our room key wouldn’t open the parking gate. It only took a quick press of the call button for someone to verify our name and room number and let us in, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but it was another inconvenience after an already delayed start. After that, everything went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff we interacted with were friendly, and the location can’t be beat if you’re visiting Universal Studios. There was also a wedding at the hotel on Sunday, so it was busy, but it never negatively affected our stay. Overall, despite a couple of frustrating hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. I just hope the check-in process is smoother next time.

It was so nice that the pool was open until midnight.

Maintenance repairs the entire 3 day stay and the breakfast for the price wasn’t worth it!

1. bathrooms do not have fans 2. The windows in the room do not open at all for fresh air. 3. The in room coffee is not good Also, the hotel is undergoing a major remodel, which was not disclosed when we made the reservation.

It’s an old fashioned property, but just next to universal. The paid breakfast is just ok .. nothing great . The parking for 2 nights is just way too much including taxes . Goes up to 142 $ for 2 nights .

The elevators stopped working at one point but the hotel staff made sure everyone had water and was taken care of. Great rooms and staff. Recommend staying at this hotel.

Didn’t get update about the room when it’s ready. No AC even though the engineer guy came and try to fix at 3am.

I was put in a handicap room, no problem, I booked it because at the time it was the only room available. At check in they told me they could move me to a different room because they were full. No problem, i didn’t even ask to move room, the check in person just offered the info- probably noting I was not handicapped. My sister who didn’t have a reservation followed me and book a room at the desk for $200 less and I paid. Now the real issues, the handicap room was not good. I had other family member in several rooms all over the property and my room was BY FAR the worst. All the finishes were less than the other rooms down to the tile and I have never spelt in a more uncomfortable bed in my life. I have slept on floors that were more comfortable. The air never went below 67*, no matter how low I set it. The water pressure was horrible. At one point the water just stopped. They are changing people who need handicap rooms the same price, I actually paid more than most of my family members, for crappy rooms. I will NEVER stay at this place again. Stay at the Sheraton. We have stayed there in the past and it’s MUCH nicer. Lastly, the car charger I tried to use in the garage didn’t work either. Not a big deal since it didn’t cost anything, but just another strike against them.
