Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City

Super convenient access to universal studios. Pool was a little on the small size.

The property was very nice. The staff was not very friendly and we had to ask 4 times to get the correct amount of bedding for four guests. They kept sending a little at a time and telling us that was enough. We were NOT asking for extras. Just enough.

Nice room and perfect location to get to universal studios. Lobby area had a leak in the chandelier and elevators were not working.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Was trying to get an extended check out but was told to call back in the morning, which defeats the purpose of a late check out and not having to get up early. Also the air conditioner was SOOOOO loud.

Beautiful pool area. The elevators are quick. The rooms are quiet. The staff are helpful. The location to Universal Studios is perfect.

Clean property and rooms but the restaurant and room service close very early

We were checked in by Cristina at front desk and our whole interaction with her was both rude and condescending on her part. When we finally got up to our room, there was a pair of previous guests dirty socks on the carpet. We were never told that the restaurant in lobby would close at 10am for breakfast when we checked in, with that being said-we were turned away for breakfast at 9:50 and room service was also closed at 10am for ordering breakfast. Very disappointing as we were checking out and spent the morning packing up and getting ready for our departure. The pool was also not clean and had floating debris in it. We had stayed here 2 times prior when visiting Universal Studios but this visit by far was the most disappointing experience and has changed my mind of ever staying here in the future.

Super nice swimming pool open from early morning until late night u can also park you car in the am before you check in and walk to the city walk or the studios super convenient great rooms super big everything in the hotel was a +

When we stayed they had big construction in doors so a lot of noise.

Front desk staff Carlos was very nice and helpful. The woman getting us our luggage from the bell hop wasn’t very nice, at all. Also felt very nickel and dimed. The hot room was $450 a night- and still continental breakfast was $26 an adult! Wild. Not even free coffee or fruit in the lobby. Also maybe I read it wrong and I thought I read parking was $53 a night. When we left after one night- with SELF parking we had to pay $71!!! Insane
