Only the location is good just because it's near the universal studios The room was very small, the bathroom was leaking, and we had do ask to clean our room since they didn't did it on a daily basis. Check in is at 4pm. Very poor hotel service

It was really what a Hilton supposed to do be. Trustworty, secure and clean. Location was great. Pool was lovely. There was no tip at restaurants which was good for a european like me. I can stay here again. What people kept writing on the comments is soo true. There is a terrible smell comes from the ac system. Hard to accept that they don’t do anything to fix this.

Just so impressive and I’m super critical. The room was perfection - clean, spacious, nice and cool on a very hot LA day. Walking distance to universal studios and excellent staff greeting us and so accommodating. Perfect spot for a trip to universal and convenient for families. Very happy - thanks for making it a fun weekend for my family.

I think we got unlucky. We stayed for one night. We were doing a quick trip to Halloween Horror nights. The bed wasn't very comfortable, it felt like a very cheap mattress (thin and lumpy). We went to take a shower before our early morning flight and no hot water. It was extremely disappointing. We tried to get hot water for about 15 minutes, to no avail. I don't think I would pay to stay at this hotel, because it felt like staying a cheaper hotel. I could save my money and stay at a more comfortable place.

Great hotel, convenient location to Universal Studios.

Great service, had one issue and it was promptly solved. Would love to stay at this hotel again! Beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was with the AC. When the AC was on, it made the room smell musty.

Great overall

The executive corner room on 22nd floor had the best view! It was clean. The staff was helpful. Next time w plan to have the breakfast, but it smelled good.

Awesome hotel!

Proximity to Universal Studios and City Walk was brilliant, could use the shuttle if you wanted to however was less than 10 minute walk to the park. Our view from our room of the Park was brilliant. We felt it is now starting to look like it needs a freshen up, looks a bit tired from our previous visit however it was clean and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for when we booked this again.
