Pool is way out of no where in the parking lot. And it’s not a pool, more like a hot tub

Room had a cracked sink that was leaking when used. A/C unit was extremely loud and barely cooling. Upon getting in the room found a finger nail on a shelf in the bathroom. Painted was missing or chipping off. Showers had no pressure and couldn’t isolate the rain head or the wand sprayer to get pressure

Friendly, good attitude close to universal studios,and the only thing just make sure you get the correct key because they gave me the wrong key and I was trying to go in to somebody else room. They gave me the wrong key because we had the same name they didn’t check the last name,other then that’s it’s really nice

Room was okay. Doors didn’t lock.

So hot in room. Ac did not work very well at all. Woke up middle of the night sweating. Also $60 to park in parking garage on top of hotel cost is wild. Not happening again, not satisfied at all

Our tv didn’t work no towels or bath mats until requested to front desk

Wouldn’t come back here, doesn’t look like they really care about the rooms, bed was clean and such amenities were in order but definitely noticed they don’t care about some of their lightings in the bathrooms we had some flickering bulbs, doesn’t really look like the photos, the carpet outside the rooms is dirty with stains and it feels murky within the hotel.

If you visiting Universal Studios This Is a nice place to stay. It’s close from the place. 7 min walk and you get a free bus that takes your right in front of the park.

The hotel was nice enough, but not what I expected for the price but in the right location the pool was in the garage in the back and he had to have someone unlock the door. It was kind of odd we didn’t want to use it with the kids also, the room was nice enough. I’d like the size we had a little deck in the back but the bathroom smelled a little musty, but other than that, everything was good.
