This hotel has the best staff and owner. The hospitality was outstanding! A big shout out to Mateo the bartender! He made the whole family feel right at home ! We will be back every time we are around the area.

Excelente ubicación si vas a universal studios, las habitaciones están aceptables de acuerdo al costo, la atención del personal es muy buena y como extra recibí un par de bebidas alcoholicas de cortesía después de un largo día de caminata en el parque.

Great location, only downside is they charge tax and parking separately, it’s about $50 extra per night consider this against other hotels.

A 10min walk from universal. Room was clean with a large king size bed. Fast food is available near by, plus bars, gas stations and plenty of parking. Overall we thought the hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to others.

Great hotel, very close to Universal ( 5 min walk to free shuttle that takes you up to the park). Wish pool was bigger and laundry room would be a big plus!

Place was nice close to Universal. Hurler the hallways and our room had a funny smell to them.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The pool was located within the garage and not outside. Really wasn't even a pool. There was a distinct sanitary order that literally choked us. Also had stacked parking where your vehicle could get locked behind someone else. Only good notes where the donut shop and pizza restaurant within walking distance. Otherwise do not stay here.

There is an additional charge per night that they surprise you with upon arrival so you end up paying more for a very bad room that looks nothing like the photos. The staff (besides bartender) are the rudest I have ever met. We got a room for 3 people and they gave us 2 drink tickets, told me I need to read the fine print on Expedia about the extra charges, and were extremely callous and unhelpful. We went up to the room, got to cities by the bleach , dirty carpet, stains in bathrooms , and turned around and checked out within 20 minutes. The ladies at the desk did not ask why we were leaving and checking out nor did they care.

The hotel is right next to a freeway it’s way to Loud also we had to pay a convenience fee when ask what it was for they said for 2 drinks at bar and water in room I didn’t like that plus the rooms are very outdated and the ac control on wall don’t work we had to control it from the unit it self room was too hot I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it

Ac unit was warm would not blow cold the unit was dirty and the vents were full of debris

I was not happy nor told of the surcharge fees and did not even use, other than that- everything was fine.

Not worth the $. Room not thoroughly clean. Dust build up on A/C and lights. A/C does not work on automatic and has a funny smell. Odor in hallway and rooms. Parking not included as advertised and water/coffee not complementary. DON'T RECOMMEND

The room was decent, clean when we arrived, and felt like it was recently updated. I do think everything was spaced too far apart though. I couldn’t even reach the night stand while laying/sitting in bed. Parking could be done better, but I understand they are limited on space and are trying to use as much as possible. You’ll either be parking in a front space, which could possibly get blocked in by someone else. Or you’ll be the car blocking someone in, and if they can’t get you to move for that person you will be charged for “double parking”. Very close to Universal Studios, which was the reason for our stay.
